Don't listen to the 1 stars complaining about time, always listen to how the food sings first. I won't lie, the soups are ordinary, nothing special... If you want the best noodles, the reason I agree with noodle specialist title, go for the Wuhan Dry Spicy Noodles or the Dan Dan Noodles. Both noodles are perfect and they use sesame paste, chili oil, sichuan pepper ground in the dan dan, pork and many different toppings you can add for a decent price... 10-14 dollars...
