Great tasting dumplings. No doubt.But the delivery/pick-up arrangement is super painful.I've ordered now 3 times hoping that it'll be better, but today was also a day full of frustration.The information they provide on their website and email do not match what they do (opening hours, that they will be in contact with you shortly, etc).I was waiting for them to reach me as the email said, and I waited. I waited for 1 week and then decided to email, and they said they couldn't contact me cause they didn't have my number... My order confirmation had all my info (phone, address, email) so that was an excuse.When I went to the factory to pick up, the door was locked and I had to wait outside cause they weren't picking up my phone.Even the last time I ordered, they wanted me to come to New West for pick up, and then they said factory, and they said they will deliver, back and forth with misinformation.Although the quality and taste are great, I won't be ordering again due to the communication frustration and issues with their management. I would understand if they really apologized and provided discount, but nothing like that was offered.

Best Korean Mandoo in BC. I've been ordering from them consistently since the business first opened. My kids now refuse to eat any other Mandoos other than from this establishment. Owners are extremely friendly, professional & accommodating, if i can give 10 starts i would.
