Horrid customer service. They he person at the counter was acting like I disturbed him at home and how dare I come to bother him. Was so rude and with an attitude asked if I wanted my receipt when I said yes he almost threw it at me. Great drink but please get better customer service.

We came by on a Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised with the assortment of teas and bubble waffle choices. I don’t frequent many bubble tea shops and it was my first time having a bubble waffle. It was the perfect crispy light snack that hit the spot. I ordered the mango milk tea with 30% sugar with little ice. I assume all bubble tea shops give you a choice of sugar and ice levels. The one employee was very helpful in explaining the choices to us. This tea shop appears to be a very popular shop for takeout as well. He was very apologetic to a customer who came in to pick up an order that wasn’t quite ready. As we were leaving, the shop became very busy. Kudos to the lone employee working here!
