This place is a rip off. Took my wife and kid and everything sucked. The milk tea was just milk, no flavor, there was chunks in it among the taro pearls like it was meant to be blended properly but wasn't. The Taro pearls had no flavor or sweetness. It was all overpriced for what we got and he got the order wrong. The bubble waffles were unspecial and the entire wait time was pretty long. Long enough to be annoyed. There was only one staff person working and they did not seem like they knew what they were doing. After reading several other similar reviews here, I can say I had a bad experience and wont be going back.

I came here for the first time and had some questions about the menu, but the guy at the front was extremely impatient. He was on his phone the whole time, barely paid attention to me, and acted annoyed when I tried to ask a question. It felt really disrespectful and unwelcoming, especially as a first-time customer. I ordered the Peach Cold Brew Spring Oolong Tea, and it was honestly terrible — not worth the price at all. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. If I could give 0 stars, I would.I later called to make a complaint. The lady who answered the phone tried her best to understand the situation. She offered solutions, but I declined and thanked her for trying to help. I appreciated her professionalism, but the overall experience left a very bad impression. I won’t be returning.

First time here , and it would be the last one. The guy who greeted us was awful.. we did not feel welcome, the drink took a long time to be prepared because the man was talking on the phone. Only one guy working there he was taking the order , preparing the drink and answering the phone. His attitude was unprofessional.

It was ok.. I had brown sugar pearl milk. My partner had spring oolong milk tea w/ low-calorie jelly. There are better quality BBT for this price (XingFuTang or HeyTea etc both have better quality milk tea). 30% sugar here is sweeter than my usual 50% sugar. Hopefully reviews from others for fruit teas will be more positive. Newly renovated, clean environment, staff was welcoming, quick service.

Guy messed up the labels and my girlfriend's bubble tea had 100% sugar which was supposed to be 50% and the brown sugar bubble tea I got which was supposed to have regular sugar just tasted like milk. This place is a scam and doesn't care.
