Pretty mediocre for Japadog tbh... it's located in a foodcourt so there's only so much one can do for atmosphere, but the staff today - all 3 - obviously miserable for whatever reasons. If it weren't for my ridiculous craving for hot dog today, i would've left and not bother with such service.
Maybe it's just me but i felt a huge difference in quality overall compared to other Japadogs. Not returning to this one. Ever.

Underwhelming 😐....miss the cart experience. Dog/bun were barely warm (after sitting on the counter begging to be served), which made it taste rather blah with all the mayo.

Even when customers are standing at the register, they don't pay any attention and just keep cooking. Many people grew tired of waiting and went to another store. The hot dog flavor is nothing special—just ordinary. It's quite different from the example image.

A hotdog joint in Brentwood, creating imaginative handhelds. If you have never been able to afford wagu beef, go here. They offer a burger and several hotdogs made with the famous beef. I enjoyed the bacon cheese dog and we also had the yaki soba. Both were good.

This was by far the worst JapaDog experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely unhygienic - one person was cleaning the stove with wet, dripping gloves while water dripped over and near the food, and the person making my hot dog put the bun against a rusty, dirty container, didn’t wash her hands after using the machine, and even sneezed on her hand and in the air, then continued to prepare my food. Watching this was very disturbing and uncomfortable, and I chose not to eat it. I didn’t complain because the staff already seemed unpleasant, but this level of uncleanliness is unacceptable for any food location.

Tried the chicken burger. When the lady gave me my order she apologized on behalf of her colleague coz apparently he burnt it. Still decided to try it coz maybe it won’t taste as bad. Sat down and tried it.. UNEDIBLE! Came back to then to tell them it was burnt, and they made an excused that everything was on timer. But the chicken was all black at the bottom.. I guess they need to adjust their timers and they need to maybe acquire some eyeglasses to see the difference or what’s burnt or not.. dunno just a thought.

Worst fast food experience in a long time. First for fries order wrong, followed by frozen cheese curds on soggy fries. With so many other places around, no one should eat there.

Had a craving for a hotdog so stop by and Ordered basic all beef dog. The bread was not fresh !! How on earth can you mess up something a basic as a hotdog??? The sausage was great but the bread tasted like was few days old. Added cabbage to it and it did not taste fresh either.

Absolutely awful service. It took a total of 27 mins for me to recieve my food. It was beyond painful to just watch the sloths move behind the counter. No concept whatsoever of the mile long line up of people waiting to order. No friendliness, smiles or apologies for the wait. And to top it off the food was just pure garbage. Bun SO old and dry and meat extremely salty. Save yourself the time and money and find some where else to eat in the food court.
