The food here is good, and the prices are quite decent, however I find the family who operates it are quite rude and not very service-oriented (the cashier often has an attitude when she takes orders). I had an incident a few months ago where I accidentally returned an unopened drink to their drink bar, which I didn't realize they didn't like, and the owner got angry and started yelling at me without giving me a chance to explain. Very rude. Used to be regular but I'm not coming back to eat here.

Why does she look away while they're talking to her? Why put someone like this behind the register? She still needs to learn basic customer service, which is weird for someone so old who has presumably been doing this for years
