Great coffee. Inside is very grey and concrete which I don’t mind.

Their staff are very nice and helpful, they try to know their customers and try to remember their eating habits, and offering the same service as customer reaches to their store.
I loved it when I got into their location, and while I was waiting to order, they were preparing my order in advanced! Loved their customer care and service. No need to say their quality is perfect as well!

You can always trust JJ Bean for quality coffee and great baked goods. I wasn’t super fond of the everything croissant simply because I found the crust a bit too much, but I’ve been here before and I know the sweet baked goods are sensational. This spot is in an industrial/park area so you won’t see computer campers and such, it’s mostly a lovely atmosphere of people hanging during their breaks or before/after a park stroll.

Great place, great coffee selections but average cortado. Too milky for a cortado. The service was exceptional. What I loved here is that when you buy 2 coffee bags, you can get a drip coffee for free!

The coffee was bitter and my almond croissant was dry and burnt. My husband had a ham and cheese croissant but found it lacking both. The workers were friendly.

Fast & friendly service serving good coffee, on the pricier side though.

Nice quiet and super clean location, super friendly staff. Great place to stop by for a coffee and treat if you’re in the area.

I visited the shop and ordered a coffee. I decided to try something different and went with the light roast. However, after taking a sip, I found it tasted quite terrible.I attempted to exchange it for a dark roast but was informed that this goes against policy. I've been a loyal JJ Bean fan, even a super fan, for over a decade . I'm deeply disappointed due to the lack of customer service and the quality of coffee this time. It pains me to say that I'll no longer be a customer.I’m going back to Starbucks. They wouls for sure without hesitation make the order right.

This place is pretty great. The people that work here are lovely, the food is good, with plant based options. And the coffee is the best in the lower mainland.
