The best cafe in the lower mainland in my humble opinion! Delicious pastries and drinks. My go to is a London Fog and any of their muffins. Recently tried their cheddar chive scone and Earl Grey scone and they were 20/10. Love JJ Bean!!

The tea is good and cookies are so so , but the store only has one wall outlet to charge a laptop in the entire area, unlike other coffee shops nearby. It would be great if they took customer needs into consideration.
JJ bean has always been my fav coffee shop! Jelepeno cheese muffin is my go to.. Price has gone up significantly, a large decaf latte costs over $6! Look out for 23% off during Christmas time for discounted gift cards

I bring my sons here all the time, the vibe in here is outstanding. The coffee and service is wonderful, as well as the food.This is our go to spot in the mornings and definitely recommend giving it a try while passing by.
