We had an amazing time. The food was outstanding. The service was awesome. We like to go here on a regular basis and will continue to do so.

I frequent Joey Burnaby, however, it was my first time having the blackened chicken, which was very yummy. What really impressed me was the hot potato salad that came with the meal - delicious!!! Everyone else in our party really enjoyed their meals too. Even though the room was very energetic we could still have a decent conversation. It added to the level fun we were having for a twin birthday celebration. The server was excellent, very attentive especially because we had someone who is celiac and has special food limitations.

The restaurant is difficult to find in the mall or just to navigate to get to the front reception. The signage is very poor...especially from the parkade. You need to improve signage for patrons. If you need help please ask some older adults!! When I mentioned the issue to the staff, they said "yeah, it's an issue" and I doubt they would report the issue to management, so I'm reporting it here. Shame on Joey's!!

JOEY Burnaby is always a fantastic experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is lively and upbeat—perfect for a night out or a casual meal. The food and drink options are amazing, with something delicious for everyone. Highly recommend!

Our server Kennedy was an absolute delight. Our food arrived swiftly. Drinks were perfect and the sushi cone and fish tacos outstanding. Mediterranean bowl was great, loved the mix of rice and chickpeas.

Overly it is a good restaurant with great serving staff. Just awfully pricey for what you get. À burger starts at about 22 dollars and they charge to add cheese and bacon. (4 dollars). Yes the burger is good but they have start lower. It's a burger. Come on.

Jake was our server. His second week working and you can definitely tell the effort he is putting into it. Obviously being more confident with the menu could have provided a smoother experience, but that comes with time. As a previous restaurant leader, it would be a pleasure to have him on my team of servers.
