Joyful Seafood Restaurant

It’s gotten so expensive now. The portions are so small now. We spent over $150 for four people for lunch and still left feeling hungry.

Won't go there anymore.

The food at Joyful Seafood Restaurant was top notch. I want to say it’s the best Chinese seafood restaurant in Greater Vancouver. The customer service level was excellent. Manager Sam was very helpful in helping us choosing a fresh rockfish as dinner. It was the freshest seafood I ever had. Kudos to all the waiters and waitresses. The quality of the lunch dim sum was also top notch. I definitely highly recommend Joyful Seafood restaurant.

The food is good and the price is reasonable,the only thing I don’t like it is they try to close the bill before 3 pm even though you have not finished your meal

Good food. Price is average. Don't expect the atmosphere too much. It's pretty typical as a dim sum place. Quite busy so I like that it accepts reservation to save us hassle. Another upside is parking space is quite spacious compare to all other restaurants along Kingsway.

Arranged dinner at Joyful Seafood Restaurant for Mother's Day.

Dining Manager Sam helped us order Alaska King Crab and other favorite dishes for dinner.

Manager Sam personally helped me handpick a very fresh and live Alaska King Crab, which was prepared and cooked in three different dish styles: steamed with garlic, salt and pepper, and seafood stir-fried rice.

Thanks to Manager Sam and all waiters and waitress, it was a busy Mother's Day evening, but service quality is as good as usual with zero compromise.

After dinner desert and biscuit was great.

Wrapped up all those biscuit for coffee times during day times.

Look forward to future visits.

The all you can eat pickled radishes are amazing!

Friendly atmosphere, plus good services from staff. Dimsum is fresh, crispy, hot. The regular price is unmatched among other restaurant. Top it all you get 10% off from Monday to Friday. Bring your friends, coworkers to great time here. Very conveniently on Kingsway, Metrotown, a few blocks away if you want to avoid the crown metro town mall

Great Service, Great Food!

We had an Alaska king crab at Joyful restaurant. Forgot to take a picture for the steamed garlic sauce for legs… Oops!!! Excellent !!!! Next year, will come in March, at the beginning of the Alaska King Crab season. Service is great as always.

Food was average

Classic old school Chinese restaurant, dim sum was good, quick service. Worth a try.
