Visited this location around 12 PM on Monday and had an unpleasant experience with a staff member. The overweight brown girl with glasses was rude and showing attitude when I politely inquired about redeeming my rewards. Not sure if it is a busy day and things didn’t turn out well but girl you should go for a customer service course.
I appreciate the customer service given by two girls here. They are really nice and loving. BBQ wrap is really awesome.
I go there on daily basis and always see the smile faces of jugo juice staff which makes my day. The staff is really good. Personally, I like Mighty kale smoothie
I've been looking at comments saying the staff is amazing. I doubt that, or the staff may have changed since then. Every time I go there, there is no proper customer service, or they deny me services as I ask them to add less apple to my kale aid and a little more celery, considering I am a regular customer and paying in full as we know it is so expensive too.
