The staff member who served us was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. We had a free birthday reward, and to my understanding, it allows you to choose any smoothie. When I asked for the PB Protein, she refused. I politely asked if she could confirm with a manager or supervisor, but instead of checking, she stayed where she was and insisted it wasn’t allowed.
Up to this point, it was still okay — misunderstandings happen. But what shocked us was when we asked for the receipt. She literally took it out of the GARBAGE BIN instead of using the “reprint receipt” option that every POS system has. That is completely unprofessional and unhygienic.
I rarely leave negative reviews, even when the food isn’t great, but this experience was unacceptable. I understand people can have hard days or personal issues, but this is not how customers should be treated.

You can tell she has paces a LOT of care and effort into what she does.

Worst chicken wrap I’ve had in my life… I am not sure what I was expecting for $7 but it wasn’t this. It was boiled chicken with light bbq seasoning, cold cheese and lettuce, how hard it is to add a bit of sauce or dressing I feel like this would at least save a bit and make it more edible. I understand their main focus is smoothies and juices (which I’ll get to it later) but do not sell things if they are this bad. I couldn’t finish the food and I’m not one to waste food.
On another note I had their strawberry sunshine and it was like drinking pure sugar syrup not sure what do they do with their juices but this wasn’t it. I remember I used to drink their smoothies quite often before but their quality has really gone down hill trying to hit in all directions now also offering bubble tea, it’s like a sinking boat trying to stay afloat.
Won’t be coming back here EVER again.

I simply had a bad experience. I asked if they were still open and was asked to wait a minute which I was prepared to regardless, and then handed me drink dripping down the side, but the main reason is it tasted like they dumped sugar or stevia into my mocha smoothie in place of the whey I asked to remove (sold out of jugo java). I admit it is in part down to outside circumstances as the service was not outwardly negative and I usually don't fuss with these things, and maybe it is supposed to be that sweet, but fact is instead of feeling good about buying a drink, I had the opposite experience. No judgement to the staff. I should just start blending my own smoothies for several beneficial reasons.

The manager was super helpful. But the service area was not as tidy as it could have been and the presence of fruit flies wasn't very appetizing.
Make sure you inquire about they're current offers to get yourself a sweet deal on a Jugo Juice meal!
Love their pressed wraps here. It’s a great alternative for a healthier lunch rather than junk at the food court side.

The guys who work here are always so kind and professional. Every time I go, they take great care of my order — especially my carrot juice, which is my favorite! It’s always fresh, cold, and perfectly made. I really appreciate how consistent and fast they are. The service is top-notch, and the place has a great atmosphere too.
