5 Stars! KFC’s chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides are great, and the service is quick and friendly. Perfect spot for a tasty meal!
Ordered through app, stuck on we’re cooking for over an hour. When I checked the order from review order screen, it says item not available. When I tried to cancel the order, it says to call 604-433-2220 in order to cancel, but that number does not work! Now almost 2 hours later, I still don’t have my order but O cannot cancel nor contact this branch!

Waited at the drive thru for ten minutes. Made eye contact with four staff on several occasions…and not one person opened the window to take my order. This was following a 3 minute wait by the intercom. Don’t waste your time here

Ordered a chicken bucket for pick up at this location tonight. First thing I noticed after picking up the chicken was a very strong charred/plastic smell coming from the bucket. Brought it home and opened up the bucket and the smell was so strong that we were hesitant to eat it. Ate 2-3 pieces and the taste just lingered in my mouth. The skin on the chicken was soggy and the meat was dry. We ended up throwing the rest away since it was not worth the risk. Also, the pieces were so small that the thighs barely had any meat on them. There is definitely something wrong with the kitchen apparatus as I have never had KFC that smelled and tasted so off like tonight. Very disappointed in KFC as they really need some sort of quality control at this location.
