Extremely disappointing experience at this KFC location.
I ordered the $35 Family Special, which is supposed to include 4 pieces of chicken tenders. When I arrived for pickup, they told me they were out of tenders. If that’s the case, the order should’ve never gone through in the first place, I would’ve canceled it right away.
Instead of offering a proper solution, they asked me to pick from a few side items as a replacement, not even another chicken item. The conversation happened in the kitchen area, and it was hard to hear clearly, but somehow I ended up being given gravy instead of the tenders.
Gravy is not a replacement for chicken. That’s just absurd. When I complained afterward, they reluctantly handed me some fries to make up for it, but the damage was already done.
This isn’t about the free fries, it’s about basic honesty and customer respect. If you run out of a main menu item, you don’t quietly swap it for a side and hope the customer won’t notice.
I can see from other reviews that this kind of issue isn’t rare here. It really feels like management doesn’t care about maintaining any standard of service or integrity.
What makes this worse is that another KFC branch once ran out of chicken too, but they handled it professionally by replacing it with chicken strips, not random sides. I had no complaint about that. That’s how a restaurant should treat its customers.

I was very disappointed to see a mouse near the trash bin inside this KFC. I told the staff, but they said there was nothing they could do. Very concerning for food safety and hygiene.

This place used to be my favorite KFC. Not sure why, but the spicy chicken sandwich smells strange. The chicken is very dry, and the bun has an odd smell.

Super stingy. Being a franchise of a well reputable international entity and not having a washroom for your customers is already enough of a disservice. I don't think you guys need to add anything further. Visited here with two friends. First had to wait for a while before getting any welcome or attention. Then requested hot sauce and we were told from the kitchen that there's no hot sauce instead of allowing the front registerer to look for it. Not offered any other sauce. Then requested some ketchup and got only two sachets for three plus meals. Not provided with napkins, requested for it and got two napkins for three people. It was surprising and laughable. Their unaccomodating behavior kinda put all of us off for that Night out with friends.

Went to this location on 25.10.23 in the evening as I’ve not had good experience ordering on KFC online from this location. Myself and a friend went inside to ensure the order was taken right and we had zero customer service and they charged us for a four piece and forgot to give it to us in the bag and we’re home before we realized it wasn’t there. Not to mention they had no breast or gravy!!!!

The front staff gave me a small size fries and told me it’s the “Mega Fries” that I upgraded. I double checked with the staff and she check the size and insist to me the Mega fries is that small. My hudsband then took it out and asked her again if this is not a small size fries, can you show me what small size looks like? Then she response: if you doubt it then I will give you another small size fries. It was a such bad experience. Also the chicken is small and not crispy. Fries is also not crispy. It taste like it has been sitting there for a long time while we were waiting in the restaurant for 30 mins and yet it’s still not fresh. We requested ketchup and napkins in the order, she ralso gave us none. Will never recommend KFC to anyone now
