Really delicious flavours and warm and friendly service! The negroni was delicious and a great starter! The pappardelle porcini was outstanding and the osso bucco and risotto was excellent! Love the generous portions and valve. I think it is a hidden gem indeed. Thank you to the chef and team for a lovely evening! I am looking forward to returning and trying the other dishes!

My family has been eating at La Forchetta for over 5 years and it is consistently good. Fresh food, made with the best quality ingredients, silky homemade pasta, and a great wine list. We have tried several other local Italian restaurants but this one is our favourite.

Food is exceptional, the Italian way. We started with calamari and gamberi, then ordered Paccheri Pistacchio and Pizza Prosciutto & Funghi... very delicious. At the end we finished with tiramisù and an espresso coffee. This is our second time visiting this place. Always good memories. Thank you 😊

Food was great. The linguine was slightly under cooked but the other pastas were spot on. Pizza tasted good and was crispy crust but not as stretchy as some other restaurants I've had before.
Service was friendly and top notch. They came often to make sure we were good and refilled our water often.
Parking in the form of a small lot in the back is available for free. Didn't count but maybe there were 8 to 10 cars there. Residential street parking also available just around the restaurant.

a lot of Vancouver thin crust pizza is overly tough and chewy. by contrast the pizza at this place has a delicious and tender crust. very friendly staff too. highly recommended.

I really enjoy this place for dining in or takeout it's a neighborhood gem. What gets me going back is the fresh ingredients so fresh that last night when I was there I watched the chef come out to his little garden pick the basil and then go back into the kitchen. I assume it's a husband wife team that cooks the mail cook is so Italian all he understands is that you love his food. The noodles are all made fresh in house daily and let me tell you you can taste the difference. Fresh and authentic. I'm very picky when I go for pasta because I can do it better at home but not this place they do me every time and I appreciate that
