My family has been coming here for years. It's the best Italian restaurant in North Burnaby. The owners and staff are very friendly and always accommodating. The food is consistently delicious. It is one of our favorites.

If you need a place to meet with friends, no hurry just having a meeting over a good meal, this is the place to be! I was visiting from Seattle and loved the food and the good time!

Overpriced OK food. Keep in mind the waiters eat our food Before & After like they haven't eaten for days.

First ate at L' Artista 39 years ago. Took my now wife there on our first date. Every time we go, the service is superb, the food is delicious and we love the atmosphere.

Absolutely loved my experience at L’Astria. The wine selection was well-curated and paired perfectly with the meal. The pasta was fresh, rich, and full of authentic Italian flavor — you can tell it’s made with care. And the tiramisu? Easily one of the best I’ve had — light, creamy, and just the right touch of sweetness. Beautiful ambiance and attentive service made the whole evening memorable. Highly recommend for anyone craving a true Italian dining experience.

I’m really enjoying the tradition of old school Italian ambience, food and service. #authentic. The salads (forgot to take photos) were delicious (we order two and was enough to share amongst four of us)

We had the Linguine Ai Gamberoni and the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara which were both amazing! The prawns were massive and cooked to perfection. The sauces were amazing and had so much depth in their flavour. Would highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Italian pasta!

Loved their carbonara!! Must-try if you’re in Burnaby
