I'm giving 3 stars because of the excellent lemon tart I also ordered, which saved the day with its rich, vibrant lemon flavor. The service was merely transactional; staff provided only the bare minimum needed to take the order.
Compounding the issues was the noticeable lack of proper equipment. Ordering felt cumbersome: there was only a small Clover machine for payment, and the cashier had to verbally relay the entire order to the barista. There was no order screen or digital system, which likely contributed to the overall minimal service.

I came at around 4pm and payed extra for a dairy alternative in my chai latte and also gave a generous tip. Only to find around half an hour later I have fallen sick and have to be taken into hospital as they put regular milk in my drink. The staff were too busy distracted in their conversation to be bothered about customers orders. Awful experience that has left me extremely sick. Very surprised as I was the only customer here and there were 4 staff on duty

Today is March 21, 2025, time: 330. There were 2 ladies serving this fine coffee/ gelato stand. They obviously do not want to serve any customers as their attitudes showed. They do not wipe the stand nor do any cleaning... not enough clean area to sit... which equal to they can work less. Coffee is not worth it either due to dont care about how your coffee will turn out attitudes. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Rethink if you want to go here for your coffee. You won’t be coming out of it with a smile. Service would get a 0 if possible.

DO NOT waste your money here. There was a girl long hair with highlights who was there with NO other customers playing with the machine. We waited a good 3-5 mins and she didn’t make eye contact with us and then looked over and gave a us a dirty look. Like we were bothering her!!?? Just wow!!

I asked for two ice waters, I’ll pay for the cup.. “$2.00” she says, I said “oh, no.. I’ll just have tap water..” she looks at me and says “ it’s $1.00 for each cup..”
What has this world come to that now we’re paying a dollar for a cup.
