Came here for dim sum on the weekend and parking is very very busy. There is street parking if you're willing to walk a couple blocks.
Make sure to make reservations, especially if you have a large party.
Dim sum is pretty good, and the size are fine too.
Service is average, but it is probably because how busy it is.

Clean restaurant and the food is not bad, but there’s not as many dim sum options as other places like Fisherman’s Terrace in Richmond.

Traditional Hong Kong style dim sum, good quality, fried dumplings and salt water corner are super good!

Great food and service without any doubt here. We ended up paying around $40/person. We did have plenty of food so probably around $30 would have been a decent bill.

Dimsum was not good and there are better options with similar price. The shrimp roll skin was dry and rough. The buns smell artificial. Surprised such quality from a big restaurant.

We came in for lunch and were in a rush (so, good thing we made reservations).
It took awhile for someone to greet us at the front, but the service was courteous and prompt afterwards. The dim sum is pretty good by Vancouver/Richmond/Burnaby standards, which is good overall! :) (I was not a big fan of the mini cuttlefish here, though)

Loveeeee their food, their food issues so so good. I would give 5 starts if they have better customer service!
Delicious Cantonese cuisine served in a tastefully decorated restaurant with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A great spot to enjoy authentic flavors in a comfortable setting!

Yesterday I went to have dinner with my husband. After a few bites of the cold dish, half of my fingernails appeared... It was terrible🥵

The tea was tasteless, the snacks tasted average, the squid looked like they were fried the next day, the environment was okay, and there was no service.

A traditional cantonese dish steam chicken with ginger n onion sauce which they use dark soy sauce with jalenpino chili peppers unheard of!!
Making a reservation doesn’t mean anything here. They accept all walk in customers just before your appointment and make you wait 30+ minutes anyways. Your complaint is heard but they’re busy anyways they don’t care.

The snacks are OK, but they are quite large. But the fried rice and siomai are just so-so! The price is slightly more expensive than Joyful, but the seats are more comfortable.

We knew it was the weekend, so we tried our best to understand the problem that the service could not keep up. Four or five people came in a row to serve the food. Because there were children, they needed a few forks and paper towels, but no one brought them. Then we found that there were hairs in the dishes, which made Black Shirt Let's change the manager. His attitude is very, very bad. He doesn't treat you as a customer at all. He turned around and left before he finished speaking. If you don't want to work and don't want to serve customers, you don't have to work. There is no need to come to the store to show off to customers. We You don't come to eat here just to be upset.
Their rice soup came with free cockroach, so thoughtful of them to add some extra protein during the cold season. 1 star for my bad bowel movement afterwards
