I went here yesterday to get a coffee. The owners had a machine the one you see in dealerships to make coffee. The owner only offered black espresso. The machine had a latte and cappuccino options. He said the machine doesn't give milk and for me to go next door. This place was empty and will stay empty of customers. I asked for a can of coke. I was charged 3.49 CAD for 1 can. I gave him a $5 dollar bill because he looked like he had zero business. But lots of booze and no food and no menus. I stood there for over 5 minutes in an empty place. I dont think they have a liquor license or even a business license as I didn't see it posted in the dirty restaurant. He told me to go next door for coffee. Next time when I'm in the area I definitely will take his advice! Good luck 👍

Perfectly seasoned and grilled meats, with an appropriate amount of onions. The surprise menu item that I think back on frequently, the stew!

We planned to go there for lunch on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago as google hours said they were open for lunch. Good thing I called before we went and thankful someone answered the phone to tell us that they weren’t open until later in the day.

This is not your normal restaurant. This is more like a casual hangout cafe. Walked in to order because I couldn't find a menu online. 0rdered the platter for one and sausage, it was more than enough for 2 people. Platter comes with lots of different favorful meats served with rice and grilled veggies. Try it! Call ahead to pickup!
The cevapcici (mixed pork and beef) served at Little Cockatoo are tender, juicy, and flavourful. The bread and kajmak which accompanied the cevaps were superior to those served at competing Southeastern European restaurants in Burnaby. This restaurant also offers all-beef cevapcici for those who don't eat pork, or simply prefer beef.
