This shop used to be excellent, but since the recent change in ownership, the quality of service has declined significantly. When I requested a receipt, the staff appeared surprised and questioned why I needed one. She then stated that receipts are “dangerous,” which I found highly unprofessional.

What happened to this place? I’m guessing new owners? When I visited today, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. There were also no customers when I’m used to seeing at least 3-4 people waiting, so that speaks volumes.
The price increases since I last visited are egregious—a classic pretzel has almost DOUBLED in price (to $6.50!), and a can of coke has tripled (to over $3.00). The staff also have no idea how to shape a soft pretzel; it was shaped really unevenly and some parts were rolled out so thin that it overcooked and became crunchy rather than soft and chewy.
I used to drive 30 minutes just to get these pretzels, but I won’t return.

The food was great but the wait was extremely long. There can be people that hate the service but they are pretty nice people. There used to be people that were fast but not polite and they sold the shop to new people and the whole thing improved so much.
I had an amazing experience! The staff here are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Their excellent customer service made my visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back

Went to little monk pretzels today and the service was terrible. There was one person working the counter so im guessing the owners from before left and ownership changed, pretzel balls were extremely salty on one half and the other half had no seasoning. Didnt even give me the toothpicks. Never coming back.

Can't comment on the food. Went there today to buy pretzels and stood there for 2-3 minutes before the girl behind the counter acknowledged me by saying "hi" then I said "hello, can I please have small cinnamon sugar pretzel balls?" the girl then turned to another girl that was there that appeared to be training her and the two of them just continued what they were doing and totally ignored me. I thought the other girl was a customer at first then realized that they were wearing the same kind of apron. I spent about 10 minutes in the store for nothing. Must be hard to find good help these days.

I 100% suggest at least one time try their pretzel here if you are in the Metropolis mall. Besides the amazing items, their customer service is also very professional (specially Mehranz who was so kind and helpful). Thank you so much.
