Can't comment on the food. Went there today to buy pretzels and stood there for 2-3 minutes before the girl behind the counter acknowledged me by saying "hi" then I said "hello, can I please have small cinnamon sugar pretzel balls?" the girl then turned to another girl that was there that appeared to be training her and the two of them just continued what they were doing and totally ignored me. I thought the other girl was a customer at first then realized that they were wearing the same kind of apron. I spent about 10 minutes in the store for nothing. Must be hard to find good help these days.

I 100% suggest at least one time try their pretzel here if you are in the Metropolis mall. Besides the amazing items, their customer service is also very professional (specially Mehranz who was so kind and helpful). Thank you so much.

Came here before closing, and we were the last customers. The ladies were polite and friendly, and we had a good chat with them while eating. Machine took a while, but it was fresh and tasted so good. Flavor powder was generous as well.

I’ve been coming here with my mom since I was a kid in the early 2000s and even introduced my husband to them when we started dating. We all loved the pretzels and pretzel balls and would always stop by when we visited Metrotown to grab a snack to enjoy on our way home. Since our last visit in April 2024 there has been a change in ownership and it is reflected in the taste and quality of the pretzels as well as the service.
To the old owners I wish you the best and thank you for all the wonderful pretzel snacks over the years! It was always a 5/5 when we visited.

Amazing service and taste and quantity is super good. This is our common snacking place in metro town..
Hwani: I wonder if I overdid it and wonder why the basic dish is so delicious.. It was delicious because it was freshly baked, but it doesn't suit Koreans' speed.

Food is great, but be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your order if you go on a weekend. The machine they use looks fairly small and only a limited quantity can go in at a time. I saw several people visibly annoyed at the wait, so advise not to go if you are in a rush. There is also no number or name system, so you have to be there to look out for your order when it is called. Several people were confused when the same order was called out, leading to a dispute.
Overall the food is good but I truly think the operations needs improvement.

I always get the pretzel balls with cinnamon sugar when I go to the mall. This place has been a staple for me since I was a kid. Great childhood memories that come back to me whenever I taste their yummy pretzels.
