Cake tastes very good and not too sweet.

Horrible customer service. Staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. Never returning to this cafe after being treated with so little respect.

Been here so many times. Love matcha floats and every crepes here! Ferrero ice cream is very rich in flavour, will definitely order it again in the future.

The food here was okay,just standard fare. We tried one of their cakes, and while the flavor was good, the texture was quite unique, which made it stand out a bit. The coffee was decent but definitely on the pricier side for what you get.
It is cozy and stylish, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Just a heads-up: if you’re hoping to sit in one of the nice booth areas, make sure to reserve ahead of time they fill up fast.

Staffs are really rude and lots of attitude! Won’t return!

First time here. It is one of the few places in Burnaby that was open late. On arrival, my impression was that it was a very nice, clean, and bright atmosthere with lots of options for dessert, from different flavored Crepe cakes to parfaits and drinks. We chose a booth which provided some privacy for discussions. When it was about 9 pm, it started filling up and quiet again by 10 PM. There is free parking at 8 PM on the street and there was a sign indicating spots behind the building. You place your order at the counter and they will bring it to you and clear the table afterwards. I appreciated the service. I liked the variety of flavors offered, We had the light Lychee Rose crepe cake and oreo cookie parfait with matcha lattes. The cake had a delicate flavor which I wouldn't mind if it was slightly sweeter. The parfait used good of quality gelato. The matcha latte taste as though it had good quality matcha. Would return..

i was on the line waiting to place my order and it was a long line up, there’s actually few empty table but people behind me, they try to put their stuff on the chair and find a seat before order. After paying, i ended up didn’t get a single seat/table, luckily there’s one reserve table and the staff allow me to seat there.

I found out about this dessert shop because my friend bought Liuhe’s layer cake for her birthday. It was so delicious that I wanted to repurchase it.
This is my first time to dine in the store. It is worth mentioning that the clerk was very friendly throughout the process, and explained the products in detail and patiently, so that I, who has a selective disorder, can decide what to eat more quickly!
This time I tried the Italian ice cream that is limited to the burnaby store!
As a result, not only the cake was delicious, but the ice cream was also delicious. In addition to the variety of flavors, the taste is very natural and fresh, and tea-flavored ice cream is not common. Friends who like tea should not miss it~
In addition, there is also a Ferrero Rocher flavor! The degree of reduction is really high, and it makes you feel happy when you eat it!
Overall, the dining environment in the store is spacious and comfortable, the staff's service attitude is friendly, and the cakes and ice cream are delicious. It is a dessert shop that will make people come back again, and I hope it will continue to be so!

It’s a cute little bakery that also sells ice cream. Very cute wooden seating & interiors.
You can customize your cake or selection from the pre made ones. They have bread cakes,cheese cakes, fruit cakes etc.
little pricey but the taste is amazing.

While visiting Vancouver BC, discovered this place. I enjoy the atmosphere here, not crowded with noisy conversations. The service was exceptional the ladies greets with smiles. Enjoyed the 2 slice ordered, very very good
