This is the best Manchu Wok around. The chow mein always is plenty, the sweet and sour pork is great, and the honey garlic chicken is SOOOOO good— it’s crispy and delicious and the sauce is amazing, I always go here when I’m in Metrotown (and sometimes come here just for the food!)

I had food poisoning after eating here. Everything looked perfect until I reached home and I had a bad stomach pain and nausea. I think I even noticed some insect in my good but I thought it was something else and ignored it, now I think I shouldn't have.

The garlic chicken tasted refried hard to chew very crispy. Beef n broccoli 🥦 too much fish stock, won't be back but will miss it. Surrey central even worse small portions bad customer service also. No Iove in food and it shows Manchu wok do better Fresh food. Used to love going there now it's blah. Only thing good was the noodles n spring roll.

Staff are rude and a liar, I need meat in the mix somehow, he did not do it, I wish I walk away, I never go back to that Wok Wok next time. Rude Staff as always. no star rating!!!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they're giving me a wrong order,( noodles and Honey garlic Chicken) i said my order was Rice and honey garlic chicken , they keep on telling me that i ordered the noodles. Which i refuse to pay coz they dont like to change the order which mkes my child cry. After a few mins my sis in law told me that she's gonna buy the food for my kid, ( rice and chicken) the Server (boy) ask my sis in law if she know me and was hesitant to sell food to my sis in law. What an attitude! Super mean and rude!!!

I made a purchase online through the website provided on google and paid for it, but when I tried to pick up my order at the counter an employee told me that they NEVER did ANY kind of online ordering?! Why was that link up there in the first place then??? Also they’re not offering any solutions or explanation just kept telling me that they don’t do it even though all the info displayed on my order was correct.

Incredibly rude service, felt rushed from the minute I stepped up to look at what types of things I could choose from I was asked by every single staff member, “You know what you want?” As if they’re rushing you to buy before you come to the realization their food is subpar. Once I was rushed to order what I kind of thought would be good.. they sent me over to the cashier who yelled at me if I wanted a drink and when I asked if there were cans of pop, I was yelled at with the response, “Fountain or bottle!”
Either way just go access the food court to Bourbon Street Grill. Much better food and they actually treat you politely..

Flavour was good but the pork was very poor quality. More fat than actual meat, very questionable.
