The garlic chicken tasted refried hard to chew very crispy. Beef n broccoli đ„Š too much fish stock, won't be back but will miss it. Surrey central even worse small portions bad customer service also. No Iove in food and it shows Manchu wok do better Fresh food. Used to love going there now it's blah. Only thing good was the noodles n spring roll.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they're giving me a wrong order,( noodles and Honey garlic Chicken) i said my order was Rice and honey garlic chicken , they keep on telling me that i ordered the noodles. Which i refuse to pay coz they dont like to change the order which mkes my child cry. After a few mins my sis in law told me that she's gonna buy the food for my kid, ( rice and chicken) the Server (boy) ask my sis in law if she know me and was hesitant to sell food to my sis in law. What an attitude! Super mean and rude!!!

I made a purchase online through the website provided on google and paid for it, but when I tried to pick up my order at the counter an employee told me that they NEVER did ANY kind of online ordering?! Why was that link up there in the first place then??? Also theyâre not offering any solutions or explanation just kept telling me that they donât do it even though all the info displayed on my order was correct.

Incredibly rude service, felt rushed from the minute I stepped up to look at what types of things I could choose from I was asked by every single staff member, âYou know what you want?â As if theyâre rushing you to buy before you come to the realization their food is subpar. Once I was rushed to order what I kind of thought would be good.. they sent me over to the cashier who yelled at me if I wanted a drink and when I asked if there were cans of pop, I was yelled at with the response, âFountain or bottle!â
Either way just go access the food court to Bourbon Street Grill. Much better food and they actually treat you politely..

If there is negative star i would like to give -5 . They donât know whose is there manager . I went today and did dine in , after having two spoons of rice i saw there was hair in it i went back to store as i was sitting near it when i showed it to the cashier lady she showed it to another male who is serving the food he came to me and told me it was not their fault may be its your hair which was not i can clearly see it when i asked for my money he argued with me and offer me another same box but i literally do not want it i mean who will eat from that same place which is unhygienic .i wait there asking about manager that male said he is the manager and walked away , i asked other ladies she told me she donât know who is the manager . If the manager or store director seeing this please leave your contact under this review thank you

The worst customer service! They just assume what you want and they make the order for you ! I didnât even touched the box and said thatâs the Wrong order. They were so mean and rude. Donât waste your money. Buy something else where people know how to talk! If I could I would have given zero stars

Both website and google say it opens at 10am. But it wasnât open even 10.25. I walk all the way through to get something on my way to office. Now Iâm late to office. So unfair. They should change their opening hours :(
