Rushing customers doesn’t make the line move faster, it just makes the experience unpleasant. Instead of helping or giving recommendations. Then when i picked something, they scooped it so quickly it felt like they were pushing and rushing you to decide right away. I won’t be stopping at this place again.

Never Again...tried this place twice & both times disappointed. Food is oily, particularly Noodles. Ginger Beef is soft from sitting in warming tray & sinewy, Beef & Broccoli was salty & had some kind of gravy on it that turned the carrots & Broccoli brown..BIG PASS!!!

Serious health and safety concerns.
The food here is improperly stored and prepared. The sweet-and-sour pork I received had clearly gone bad (sour/fermented taste in the breading), and I experienced stomach pain and nausea shortly after. Thankfully, I only took a few bites.
The employees’ behaviour was even worse than the spoiled food: • Refused to provide a refund despite the food being almost untouched • Refused to accept the returned item • Tried to physically push the food back toward me • Refused to call a manager and pretended to call one • Refused to give any names and would not cooperate in any way
This location shows major food-handling and customer-service issues and needs an immediate inspection. I will be reporting this to the local health authority and the Better Business Bureau.

Spent $25 on what should have been a nice dinner. Food was RAW including spring roll dough and chicken. Refused to help in any way except to remake the meal - of which I told them I'd never eat anything again. Apparently I spoke with the owner who said refunds are against company police

The food here has become really bad, and the staff aren’t friendly at all. I honestly wish this place would be replaced with a different kind of store. The prices just keep going up every year — it’s the worst place ever. Especially casher woman is worst in Vancouver.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I ask them to try the garlic chicken, as my kids might not like it, and they told me no. The manager told me not to buy from them and to go somewhere else, in a very rude way. I will never buy from them!!

I was just about to order and the guy taking the orders (noodles or rice) was not wearing a mouth cover, like his coworkers. When he asked me about my order, a piece of something came out of his mouth and fell over the rice, then I decided to cancel my order.

I have had no other problems with your food but in the last week of August my daughter who loves the chow mein got food poisoning from the chow mein. Please be more careful in the future.

Meticulous Stressor
This is the best Manchu Wok around. The chow mein always is plenty, the sweet and sour pork is great, and the honey garlic chicken is SOOOOO good— it’s crispy and delicious and the sauce is amazing, I always go here when I’m in Metrotown (and sometimes come here just for the food!)
