Haven’t been back for a while, another day in the metro town area, wanted to see if they have changed
Dim sum Food is ok, the next door Grand Crystal is better. I do like their tea. Their Chinese bbq smells good, I haven’t tried it.
Service was ok, you order on an iPad. Not much interactions, good or bad depending on your preferences
Decoration is ok, they are geared towards hot pot.
I don’t think I will come back here

Had dimsum here and the food was amazing! Everything was so flavourful and they were very attentive when we needed more water, tea or napkins. This is also still hands down my favourite place to have the Liu Sha Bao. Other places, the bun tastes kind of dry and the egg custard isn’t as flavourful. We were also happy to eat the Sesame Oil Chicken as it’s not always found on dimsum menu!

Ordered duck on rice togo box. The guy who chopped the duck coughed at the food. The rice was extremely watery and sticky. We ended up tossing them away. Will never bother visiting again

Food was alright, a lot of extra charge items that I think should be included with AYCE. Service is hit and miss, sometimes all the food comes. Sometimes you have to ask if they forgot something. Meat slices are a lot thicker now, but still tender. Rice pots are mostly rice and not enough meat. Garlic fries were awesome, but extra charge as well. It was very cold by the windows, so bring a jacket.
This is a restaurant inside Crystal mall. A friend recommended me the$9.99 bbq duck rice box for take out. Includes a drink! They also have roasted pork rice box for the same price. The service could be better but there was only one person at the counter and he basically operated on his own (cut the meat, packed the rice box, made the drink, gave us the change etc). The food was alright, lots of meat. Good price.

Marble Eatery in Crystal Mall is one of my go-to spots for all you can eat hot pot. The variety of broths, meats, and vegetables is excellent and the quality is consistent. The food is very well worth the price and the staff are friendly and attentive. A reliable choice for a satisfying hot pot experience.

nice chill place with supportive staff that help you along the way if it's your first time. It's a super solid all you can eat hotpot place that my family enjoys coming to. I highly recommend this place. They also have good lunch sets that I haven't gotten around to trying but the lunch sets are super cheap for what looks like is actually good quality for what you spend.
