Went here to purchase birthday cake but for some reason it tasted different from what I used to get. Ice cream literally tasted like vanilla. I even grabbed a tub of birthday cake and to my surprise it tasted more of a vanilla, and you can just tell.

National banana split day is my fav day of the year! But there was no advertising outside the shop and the girl didn't seem to know anything about it until I showed her the email. Email also said custom flavors and she thought it was only the standard. A different girl ended up serving us who was very nice.

I brought in my family of 8 to the market crossing location and was delighted at the service and atmosphere of the restaurant. If you want delicious tasting ice cream with pretty much anything you can think of added….this ice cream place is for you. I ordered birthday cake flavoured ice cream and added skor bits as well as marshmallows. It was so good. The service was as good as the ice cream.

No longer offering salted caramel on rhe take out apps. Why??? Also, when you do order an online order, they are very stingy with the add-ins. Stop being SO cheap and stingy!!! You guys should be reported to the franchise. A lot of times the shop appears dirty when we do go in. There are little fruit flies always flying around the add-ins as well.

We usually go to this Marble Slab because it does tend to be very good. Well we went last night June 09th, 2024 after a hot day and got some ice cream and we where not very happy. We where waiting in line with about 7 people in front of us which is not a problem, we where expecting a wait. The young girl in front of us waiting must of either worked there and it was her day off or her parents own the store, she goes behind the counter and starts giving her friend samples while the other two girls are trying to work their way around her, her hair wasn't tied back and was long and looked really unsanitary. The girls working also looked super annoyed and i can tell you all the customers in there where pissed. At first I thought she was going to help the girls get caught up but she jumped in and budged in front of a bunch pf paying customers because of course they also didnt pay. We get up to the counter and they have a new ice cream and I asked for a taster and she was like no all the tester spoons are gone. The girl who did serve us didnt smile wasnt nice and seemed more annoyed we where there getting ice cream. When we go to pay I have the app to scan for points and their system was down. Its not cheap ice cream so to not get the points on $30 ice cream made us annoyed as well. I get it was a long hot day scooping ice cream but should still at least be nice maybe even one little smile. Ice cream was really good of course just wish the customer service was better.

If I could give 0 stars I would for the service. The place looked run down with 2 pitty cones on the display. I asked for my order, and she had no regard for asking what size I would like. She just went upon her total own actions and handed me a large. I did not want to pay that much for an icecream. My partner had his birthday and she rudely told me she did not know how to work the app for birthdays. Sloppy and arrogant anyone with the right mind would not come here.
