I got such bad food poisoning here I was bedridden for 2 days and had to get medication to stop the stomach lining from bleeding out of me.
I know it was here because I became extremely lethargic within a few hours of eating.
It was a bug commonly passed by improper hand washing after using the toilet.

I shopped at the Whole Foods Market in Burnaby, BC, Canada on August 20, 2023. The customer service representative attitude was horrible, and the store management team was even worse. Management team knows that no one can regulate them, no one will ever do anything to hear about customers' voice. That is why the store management team is so arrogant. I don't foresee any positive future for this store, and I have decided that I will never spend another penny on this brand again

Great store overall, had a great selection, and was also clean with good lighting. Lastly, the staff is always friendly :)

Whole Foods is not affordable, but I personally find every visit to be worth it. The store is very tidy and it has a big selection of things from deli, beauty, grocery, bakery, seafood, meat, etc. Their bakery section is awesome. I've purchased muffins and cakes they are made with quality ingredients. Besides, they're not overly sweet at all. Muffins are pretty good here and they are huge. My personal favourite has to be espresso chocolate muffin. They used to have a variety of buffet food for lunch way before Covid existed. I totally miss buying take out from the hot food section. Anyways, I'm so happy with my recent purchase from Whole Food. I've purchased a Berry Chantilly cake recently and feel excited to take a bite soon. Their carrot cakes and banana bread are really good as well.

stock on elevator , no pology not even return ur call we shopping at local market after this happened, way better price and long lasting product , no line up or long trip feel stupid why we didn't change earlier ? in most undevelop countries people responsible for bad service but whole food have confidence of no competition like ALDI OR TRADERS JOE... THEY MUSCLE AND ABUSE THE CITIZENS BY BEING ONE !
