Quick service but they nearly always get the order wrong. If you point out the mistake the staff get snappy. The seating is quite limited, but you can’t see if a seat is available from the order area. I think I’ve had enough of this place, there are others to choose from which are less convenient, but much nicer.

My number appeared on the now serving screen but it wasn’t there. I was waiting for 20 minutes and they didn’t give it to me, when i asked the workers they said that they already served it and won’t give it to me.

Dear management I understand you guys are a fast food chain. But PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. Please don’t ruin other people’s days.
I’m a regular at this location, other than Annie and the red hair girl with tattoos every other employee lack the basic knowledge of customer service. And this morning was the worst. I always do mobile order on my way to work and this morning I was getting late. I can clearly see my order is ready on the stand. I called for help 3 times. Made eye contact with two girls none of them showed even the slightest interest in helping and went back to talking to each other. Finally the red hair girl showed up and helped today. Two stars for her and Annie who’s always nice to people in the morning.

The food at this McDonald’s is great — always fresh and tasty. The only downside is that the place feels a bit tight, and there aren’t many free spots to sit, especially during busy hours. Would definitely recommend for takeout, but not the best place if you’re planning to sit and eat.
Poor service. Numerous attempts at cash register to get my order right. Use kiosk now. Manager had to refund & charge more. Order totally wrong on delivery. Staff don't understand you or currency. Ordered senior coffee black & sausage & egg mcmuffin ( no cheese). Received bacon & egg mcmuffin & no coffee. Eventually, got sausage & egg mcmuffin & coffee. Nope. Coffee had cream in it & had to go back. My tray of food given to stranger. Staff thought it was funny. Talk about customers in the food prep area. You have a staff problem at Brentwood location! Oct. 13 found human hair in my medium coffee. Complained to the manager. Regular customer. Won't be coming back. Considering writing to the Health Department & McDonald's Head Office.

I had lunch here yesterday with my friends. The service was very fast — our order was ready quickly. The seating area is upstairs, and we found a nice booth with a view of the street. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Brentwood SkyTrain Station. However, the food quality was average and not quite what I expected. Overall, it’s fine for a quick bite, but not for a great meal.

Used app and kiosk to order egg mcmuffin combo deal. Service was quick. Walked upstairs to a booth and ate. Close to Lougheed Carter GM where I left my vehicle for servicing.
