Worst McDonald ever. They ask to charge honey!! It’s the first time in my life experienced being asked for money for honey in McDonald. They make Metrotown reduce the score even.

Macdonald food are shrinking. Its so tiny for an adult hamburger. You need 3 - 4 to be full. Over changing. This elderly cashier was blunt, no smile at metrotown Macdonald.

Food is like any other McDonald's. But there was so much push back from the cashier about trading the toys. I understand that the hkxtmnt toys are popular. BUT why lie and say that we can't trade toys when other McDonald's that run out of the new toys tell us to just take the older released toy (brand new and unopened) to another location and trade it there. And it took me to pull out my old receipt (thank goodness I still had it) to show I was at a McDonald's yesterday and got a happy meal for my kid and a call to that location to put on speaker phone that YES, because they ran out it's ok to trade it at any other location.
At the end, yes I got the toy for my kid, but I have never had a problem with it before.

After mall closes at night, meals can only be ordered via App, or via food delivery . No web ordering, no kiosk. For travellers like me, I can’t download the app as my Apple Account region was not set to Canada.
There is a private entrance next to the mall’s parking lot’s entrance.
Not able to order meal this exit and returned to stay with empty stomach. Ordered food delivery instead.
