I come here very often and I feel the staff at this location are usually super friendly and nice. Today everyone was rushing with the service though (the guy at the drive thru window didn’t even look at my face while he helped me). Don’t let the ball drop!

This drive-thru is a bit of a circus lines are always long and the layout feels like it was designed by someone who hates cars. That said, once you finally make it through, the food is surprisingly fresh and worth the wait. Frustrating to get in and out, but at least the quality on the other side makes up for the headache.

Im not a fan of McDonald's or Fast foods. But, I give credit, when credit is due. I witnessed the staff at this McDonald's, working hard to unload trucks, pack supplies and try their best to keep customers happy. In these efforts, I appreciate their hard work, and the patience for the high demands. I ordered chicken nuggets, coffee and dipping sauces. Nuggets were fresh, crispy and didn't have any weird chewy or dark parts. Coffee was Esspresso, with cream and honey, and it was actually drinkable...Unlike Tim's. The staff were kind and apologizing for order taking longer than expected. Overall, I like this location, staff are kind and patient. Food was tolerable, it is McDonald's 2025, not like McDonald's 1985, which was absolutely the best fast food available back then. Entering the parking lot can be a task in itself, due to being on a hill and only having one way to drive into the establishment, can see they're definitely losing a massive income due to this inconvenience, still, nonetheless, can see they put great effort into providing for customer satisfaction.

Went through the drive thru, we ordered a McCrispy and quarter pound, we asked the person taking the order if they could give us a minute so we could read the menu, he was so annoyed and he started acting rude to the point, were he sighed out of desperation, terrible service, we were just ordering. We wanted to double check the order was correct, and when we asked to double check, it was wrong, honestly might be frustrating for the employees, but we just want to buy food and get a nice meal, this attitudes are terrible and could be worked on

I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but when I went through the drive-through, the person taking my order was super bubbly and happy the guy that took my cash was super bubbly and happy and so the first girl was Spanish and then the guy that took my cash with Indian and then the girl that served me my food was Japanese And she was the happiest out of all of them. If I had a restaurant, I know three people I would be liberating from McDonald’s and hiring for myself. Keep up the good work kids!!!

Can you please not touch the bottom of my ice cream cone? Why do you guys always have to use your fingers to touch it and pretend it’s clean by wrapping a napkin around it? I saw everything even it was a drive through!
