I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. Even though the screen showed that my order #1219 was being served, the staff completely ignored me while I was waiting. They attended to others but did not acknowledge me at all, which felt rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. No customer should be treated this way, and I hope this issue is addressed seriously.

I placed an order through the mobile app, received a confirmation code, and paid with my credit card. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told it had been cancelled and that I needed to reorder.
I explained to the staff that this seemed unusual, as I had both a confirmation email from McDonald’s and a completed payment showing on my credit card. Still, I was told the order could not be found unless I provided the order number. We attempted to retrieve it through the app but were unable to do so. Fortunately, I remembered the confirmation code, and with that, the staff was able to verify that the order was in the system.
I hope you can look into this issue and either fix the app or make the necessary adjustments to prevent this situation from happening again.

the place is newly renovated,Why the drink is not free refills anymore is silly ,have to pay the full amount.,,maybe at least a small amount is ok,but not full amount.Just not coming back,might as well go somewhere else.Please avoid this place for as lobg as they are charging full price for the refill of the drinks.

New cleaner better looking rebuild more accessible however disabled parking now needs to be moved nearer the new entry door… also no table numbers on the tables for delivery when you sit at the table and order by phone. However the staff are good and will look out for you by name
Me and my boyfriend came in and ordered a bigmac meal! came out perfectly and the restaurant is so clean and nice! great staff service too! the lady handed the food right to us instead on the counter and the food tasted very fresh and was made to the specific modifications asked! best mcdonald’s i’ve been to in awhile!
