I frequently stop at this Mcdonalds drive thru and the staff present, no matter what time of the day it is will provide great service, smile and wish you a great day. Amazing team specially at drive thru.

This McDonald’s location is close to my workplace, and the staff—especially those working at the drive-through—are consistently polite and provide a high level of customer service. I’ve interacted with many different employees on different days, and every experience has been positive. This consistency really reflects how well the staff are trained.

I stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick meal. Elijah happened to be the one taking my order. The prices were shockingly high for what I got, and I honestly don’t understand how a big mac meal could cost so much. This location seriously needs to rethink its pricing. After Elijah served me my food, I asked for a bag and he informed me that I had to pay for that too. Absolutely ridiculous!

Very disappointing service.

We ordered dinner and realized after getting home that one item was missing. It took over 20 minutes to get home due to traffic, so going back right away wasn’t an option. I called the store, but no one answered.

When I returned a couple of hours later to request a refund, there was no apology. Instead, I was questioned about whether I had called the store and why I didn’t come back immediately, which made it feel like it was my fault. I was even told I was being “mean.”

I had already wasted my time and money because of their mistake, and I don’t understand why I had to be treated this way.

This isn’t the first issue here. On a previous takeout, a Deluxe Cheeseburger without pickles came as just a patty.

Mistakes happen, but this was handled very poorly.

As a strict vegetarian I got 2 days in a row meat put on my egg and cheese McMuffin.
