One of the best mcdonald in Vancouver. I will call it restaurant more than fast food for this place. The staffs are responsibly cleaning , and organizing. I can even sit on table close to a garbage bin without feeling uncomfortable. Kids friendly and spacious place . Glad to have this in my neighborhood .

The prop sandwiches without gloves Hands from pocket to sandwiches to touching meat to touching buns that’s completely and safe. All workers must be wearing gloves at all time when prepping sandwiches. I am really disappointed. I never knew it was like this before.

I ordered Poutine twice at this McDonald's, and both times, they just gave me plain fries. On top of that, they never provide a straw for my drink, which is incredibly frustrating. Consistently poor attention to detail and disappointing service.

Ordered a Filet-O-Fish and the fish filet was totally out of the world. It was dry, warm and tasted fishy like uncooked. Colour of the Filet was dark. So below standard.

Everything went wrong. First of all messy inside the story, all self serve machines were out of paper, almost all bakery items out of stock, and grinch feature menus also all out of stock. Ordered a custom burger due to dietary restrictions, on ticket all adjustments were correct but none of them were done on the burger itself. Kitchen also unsanitary, food was on the floor.

Waiting 10 mins in drive thru just to order a coffee shouldn’t have happened on a Sunday afternoon…. Do better
Come in on regular basis. Come in today at 430am, Can clearly hear Punjabi music blaring in the parking lot from inside the restaurant. Placed order at kiosk, music so loud that an employee had to yell that there was an order.. Never told there's a wait..
Always yelling and laughing in own language when customers are present.
This needs to change, having your own music is fine but shouldn't be allowed when all of Burnaby could hear it..

The receipt at the kiosk didn't print (as usual). I went to the counter for a receipt. The assistant manager came to help me, but hen proceeded to help two other people instead of dealing with me first. When I confronted her on this, she made it seem like it's my fault that I didn't hit no to have a receipt printed at the kiosk. She's says this in a condescending fashion. I told her I didn't appreciate her tone. She said "sure". No apologies for being treated like a third class citizen. Customer care is obviously not a prerequisite for being promoted!

its a cool and unique building, especially since McDonald's has changed to a boring design recently and this is an older location, and its convenient since its the ONLY food place in this area,
but the quality of the food is awful, especially the fries, they are far more stingy compared to other McDonald's, less salt, less hot, and they always taste like theyre made of paper not fried potatoes.
