There was a person in the restaurant upstairs for quite a while with a dog barking and staff did not remove him right away.He was also consuming alcohol
Dogs are NOT allowed in a restaurant unless they are certified dogs (see dogs)

Horrible experience. I had to go and talk to the cashier 4 times.
They were missing things the whole time. I also chose to be serve at the table and they completely forgot about it. We ending up leaving without food.

Didn’t get the extra onions or pickles that I asked for. I went back downstairs afterwards to ask for some on the side and they offered to make me a new burger instead of just giving it to me. So I waited. Got home, heated up the burger and there was a long black hair in it. This location has gone downhill. Also, while I was trying to enjoy my fries, there was clearly a homeless sick person sniffling incessantly next to me until I finally had to move seats

Well the food is good and the coffees are always mixed perfect. I just have an issue with the presentation. Like I know, it's McD, so what do you expect. But when I go to A&W or Triple-Os, they are quality and look picture perfect.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and despite the drive-thru being open, they were forcing cars to come inside to pick up their orders. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if customers are not allowed to use it?

It was inconvenient, wasted my time, and the attitude of the employees made it even worse. Definitely not coming back to this branch unless they fix their customer service and actually respect the drive-thru service they advertise.

This place is just running a scam
We called around midnight to check on their ice cream machine and were told that it was working. When we arrived 10 minutes later, we were told that the machine had been broken all evening. So we just walked out.
We also met a group there that were also told on the phone that the machine was working, and arrived there to be told that there was no ice cream.
They essentially try to lure customers to come in for ice cream, and then try to sell them something else with higher profit margin. Ridiculous way to run a business.
I will never enter another McDonald’s restaurant. Time for a total Boycott until they they change their tactics

This McDonald’s consistently disappoints. The drive-thru lines are always long, often taking 15-30+minutes, and the food quality is poor and poorly prepared. The staff often appear overworked and grumpy. On my recent visit, when I asked about the long wait, a staff member told me to “complain to management or head office” because they don’t have enough staff which clearly shows management issues.

My friend and I had also filed a complaint about a previous bad experience but never received any response. After giving this location multiple chances, I don’t plan to return unless service, food quality, and management improve significantly.
