I started going here when I started working nearby. I could always count on a quick bite to be tasty and fresh.

But since the last couple of months, it's gotten a little awkward. Looks like the owners are watching a certain demographic of workers, when they should be looking at their own.

The ladies who helped me previously were great, super attentive, great selection of pizzas, and ready to serve.

The last 2-3 times I've gone, 2 types of pizza at most spread over 3 round trays. Some look like they've been there since morning. A loud certain type of music which was definitely just too much. Sauces sitting in the hot sun.

Just the example of sauces, the original ladies that used to serve would ask if you needed sauce, and would have it stored in the cooler. The new girls have it on the counter all day. I asked for extra toasted, barely warm. I asked for 2 slices, half of one slice toppings were missing.

Just no real care, just a paycheque.

Sad to see the good ones go, for less than mediocre help.

Do better, your customers will thank you for it.

Would avoid this location. I will not go back. Ladies name on the top is why. Very rude and condescending and will laugh and smirk at you then talk to her co worker in the back in a different language.

Update: I went back. I love pizza and made the mistake of going back to this location.

I won’t ever go back now.

I get in the store and the lady laughs at me and smirks. The same lady who was rude before. She looks at the guy who I think is the manager and laughs. I felt akward and just wanted to leave. This was just me walking into the store. Akwarrrrrd

I already felt like why the heck am I back here but pizzzzaaa…

I get home and relax I put the akwardness aside and just want to eat my pizza and the bottom crush is soft and doughy…. It’s practically wet feeling. Tomato sauce coming through the back. This isn’t definite seriously but the toppings are.

I call the shop and trust me I really don’t want to even call them but I do because now I can’t eat dinner. I call them and the same lady answers. She hears me out and says she will give me a number and to text her a photo I said no problem. I was peaceful and never raised my voice or got upset. I just wanted pizza and a drink solution.

She then puts the guy on the phone and he tells me how he cooks the pizza to a standard and I’m wrong and the pizza is fine and was very argumentative and condescending. Said they never get complaints and I’m wrong and so on. Told me he would do nothing.

What’s frustrating:
When I was waiting inside I saw him take it out of the oven 2 times to check it and like he was trying to do me a favour and rush it and not have me wait but I’d rather wait for the pizza to be cooked.

He usually in past just sits around the shop and “manages” but the lady was around the corner behind the oven laughing with her co worker.

Now I’m out with no pizza and 25$. This new management is killing this location. I will be calling corporate tomorrow cuz this was my local pizza place and trust me I eat a lot of pizza I know what crust is supposed to be like. I’m not out here trying to screw over a local business. Customer service is key.

If they would have said send in a photo checked the photo and offered to make it right then this post wouldn’t happen. I would continue to go back and enjoy pizza but they chose to deny deny deny and blame blame blame so frustrating.

I really like this place pizza is delicious. My favorites are the bacon & mushroom and the vegetarian ( Different kinds with many different toppings ) and the sesame seeds on the crust is yummy. Staff is very friendly.

UPDATE: 9 Yrs ago this place was awesome. Went in today clearly under new ownership. My pizza wasn't cooked and I called and made a complaint and they just argued with me saying the pizza was fine no it wasn't fine it wasn't cooked enough underneath. I asked for the managers name and the guy went to tell me and the young girl said something and he changed his tone and said he didn't know the name and it was against policy to give that information out. Needless to say never going there again I miss how it was before.

Tried megabits production way with my friends for the first time we ordered two pizzas one cheese and veggie and the other pepperoni and Hawaiian it was Fresh, delicious and cheesy , and the sesame seed enhanced the taste of the pizzas , the staff was very polite and nice and the place was clean

I had one of the best pizza ever last night. I was at work on a night shift and called for a hunger fix...Nick sorted me with the Phily steak with black olives. Delicious 💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥

Pizza slices were Completely stale… not even fresh…like if they kept it from longer time
Customer service was really very bad… when they heated it oil separated from the sauce and it was looking so ugly…
Staff don’t even understand what the customer is saying…
So limited options….
