5095 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC near the Shadboldt Centre and Deer Lake. Now moved to the front of the small strip mall. Somewhat of a long wait, but worth it. Note hours might seem inconvenient to you. Generally a takeout. Heavenly spice food from far west China, and Kazakhstan All lamb dishes are good and succulent. Be aware some dishes are peppery hot. Ask!

There is a girl with a Chinese face inside who has a very bad attitude and bad reviews. The food is very good, but stay away from this girl.

Food was delicious, but service was poor. Missing item from my order and no refund was issued.

I had to wait 20 mins for picking up my order- But it was worth the wait. This has to be my favorite xinjiang food in vancouver-burnaby region. Big plate chicken is near perfect. I will be back definitely!

Incredible food!!! So much flavour. You want to get the Spicy Fried Noodle with lamb, Chow Mee Fen with Chicken and/or Mezze House Noodle (perfect for kids).Ask for medium spices. Love it!!Oh ya, portions are huge!

Really interesting tastes and flavours! The fellow who owns the restaurant is really kind and very informative about his food! It is wonderful to be able to try such unique dishes. There is only one small table so I would consider this more a take away place.

Exceeded my expectation, the food was delicious. I loved the deep fried naan bread, only wish I got it with lamb instead of chicken!! If I was only ordering for myself and looking for a quick bite 100% I would go with the noodle dish. But if I sharing the two dishes makes a perfect combination. The lamb had great flavour and soft, unfortunately the chicken was dry. Overall very happy

First time customer. I placed an online order for two dishes and was given a pick-up time. I arrived about 5 minutes after the promised pick-up time, and the person in charge looked utterly confused. After I told him the order number and showed him the message they sent me on my cell phone, he admitted he didn't have my order ready. He then disappeared into the kitchen. It took another 20+ minutes to get my order. After I got home, I found out that one of the dishes was wrong. I ordered the Uyghur Laghman, and was given Spicy Fried Noodle instead, which was way too greasy and salty. The other dish, Uyghur Plov, was OK; the taste was good but the meat was overdone. I hope this is just a one-off for this restaurant, but given the unnecessary long wait and wrong order, the best I cam give the whole experience is two stars. It's not likely that I would return or recommend this place to my friends.

Been wanting to try Mezze since last year because it’s a halal Uyghur restaurant but just never really had a chance to visit. I ordered Chow Mee Fen and Mezze House Noodle for my first visit to this restaurant. They don’t have a seating area (well, technically there is but only 1 table and 2 chairs) so most orders are takeouts. The proteins are mostly chicken and lambs. I believe there’s no beef and I’m actually not a fan of lamb but I changed my mind after I tasted the Mezze House Noodle because it’s so fresh and light, tastes so unique, not overwhelming and the lamb came in thin slice so it’s tender and most importantly, doesn’t smell like lamb - which I like it that way. The Chow Mee Fen comes with chicken and like a red soup. It was okay. If I’d ever go back, I’ll definitely go back again for the Mezze House Noodle. Maybe also try their plov, laghman, and samsa.

Delicious and freshly made! Got the polo and the savory flavors with bits of sweetness was perfect.

I had the Samsa at this place and it is totally not worth it. Its quite a rip off for 4 measly portions for what you are paying for. There was hardly any meat in it. Its totally unacceptable when you are paying $14.99. I found out later that they have it for $13.99 on their website which still doesn't justify that price. At most $7.99 is more reasonable. Its too bad because I like supporting small businesses but I felt really cheated after this experience. I know times are tough but thats not how you make money.

I recently tried the chicken salad and fried noodle dishes at Mezze Uyghur Cuisine and overall, I had a pleasant dining experience. The food had a spicy and numbing flavor that I enjoyed, and the portion sizes were generous. However, one downside was the waiting time. Despite the long wait, I would still recommend trying the food at Mezze Uyghur Cuisine. The flavors were unique and delicious, and the portion sizes were definitely worth the price. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy hours.
