I really don’t want to talk about it! We are all Chinese living here. I just regret not reading the reviews and pictures first. I have eaten in Richmond and it was nothing like this.

Great spicy food, portions may look small compared to other noodles places but other noodle places have a giant bowl of soup with little noodles, this is a small bowl of soup w all noodles. Still filling just the same

On a Friday night, a waiter came into the restaurant. There were 4 empty tables, all of which were filled with dishes and leftovers. None of the tables had been cleared away. The waiter was extremely busy and the quality of the food was also very poor. Apart from the strong smell of white wine, the food was very bad. I can't eat anything. It's obvious that I soaked it in liquor for too long and didn't take enough time to cook it. Anyway, it's terrible. The waiter is also pathetic.

Absolute Worst "Deal" from Dealuse.com 优品会

Arrived around 8:40pm, and bought the advertised deal after the employee confirmed it's available. The deal supposedly includes a soup base/sauce plates, ALL YOU CAN EAT food items (similar to hotpot), 1 drink, and 1 ice jelly, so we bought 2. After we finished ordering the first round, the employee returned the ordering menu and told us to keep it at our table so we could order second round later.

When the food arrived, I asked “doesn’t the deal include sauces?” To which the employee responded with “do you want the dry one or the oil one?” So naturally I assumed the answer was yes and ordered both.

Around 9:14pm, I overheard another table attempting to place their second round order, and was told the chef is off now. How is last call not a thing in an AYCE restaurant? We weren't sure if we heard correctly so we attempted to place a second order as well, and was told the same thing. No apologies whatsoever. We initally just accepted that and requested for the ice jelly. And only then did the employee think to mention “oh we can't really make it anymore with the chef off”. First of all, why was the chef off so early and why did customers not get a heads up? Second, why did they not think to pre-make it for MULTIPLE TABLES OF CUSTOMERS WHO HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE DEAL that includes it?

We ordered an additional item not included in the deal, so we went up to pay after eating. I then noticed the dry sauce plate and the oil plate were both charged separately. The employee “clarified” that the deal was “choose 1 of the 3 soup bases OR 2 sauce plates”. I realized at that point that the fine prints do confirm this, but are you seriously telling me people come here to order only a sauce plate (half chili powder half peanuts, or sesame oil with cilantro) with their hot pot items? Do these items just get cooked in an empty pot? He argued that people have the option to pay for a soup base in addition to the deal, which makes absolutely no sense and defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive deal. I also later realized that since I had purchased the deal x2 for two people, he had overcharged us as one of the sauce plates would've been part of the deal.

Bad attitude + lousy service + scammy deal ruined the whole dining experience.

We arrived at the store at 8:40 and asked the waiter if the premium coupons could be used. He said yes and we placed two orders.
Coupon $22.98 "All you can order and eat all you can choose from maocai (nearly 40 dishes) + pot bottom (secret stock pot bottom/pepper sesame pot bottom/dried tongue-dried maocai mixed with maocai/special oil dish/homemade dry dish) (Choose 1 out of 5) + Drinks (Sprite/Cola, etc.) + Ice Powder"

We ordered the stock pot base. When the food came, I asked him if the set meal didn't include sauces? I didn't see clearly and thought the bottom of the pot and the sauce were separate, but he didn't deny it. Instead, he asked me whether I wanted an oil dish or a dry dish, and I said I wanted both.

At about nine o'clock, he put the dishes we had ordered for the first round back on our table and told us to leave them there for us to wait for the second round. The table behind us also used Youpinhui. At about 9:14, they selected the second round and handed him the menu. I vaguely heard that the master was getting off work. Then the customer asked if it closed at ten o'clock. The waiter's answer was that the chef got off work early. Um, generally a la carte restaurants will have last order reminders. Don’t these all-you-can-eat restaurants know that they need to inform their guests? We were not sure if we heard correctly, so we also tried to click the second round, and the answer we got was that the master was off work. Around 9:20, we told the waiter that the ice powder was available, and he told us that it couldn't be d

This is the first time I’ve seen a restaurant that tells customers, “Eat it if you like it, or leave it if you don’t.”

They will add a lot of food to your dish that you didn't otherwise order (note that this is AYCE!). And will add less meat and tons of veggies, thus making a pot of food seem like a lot and actually lowering their costs

Very delicious spicy food. It’s hard to keep a small restaurant like this nowadays. Hope it can last long so I can come back whenever I want.
