Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

The most terrible costumer service I ever got, I said kids meal and she was charging me for an adult burrito. I said KIDS beginning! Plus there no one here! The lady sounded bored.

It's Mucho Burrito. It's like Chipotle but less Tex-Mex. Less sour cream and more pico de gallo, you know? I haven't had any issues with this location.

I frequently ordered food from Mucho Burrito, but I've reached my limit with their loyalty card system and poor service. Despite being a loyal customer since they opened at Market Crossing and regularly placing orders for 3-6 people, I've received nothing from their loyalty program. My most recent experience was particularly disappointing; the chorizo bowl I ordered last week was unacceptable, and I received dried rice. When I tried to voice my concern, the manager was unavailable, which only added to my frustration.

I've made two complaints—one about the ineffective loyalty card that has failed to reward me despite my numerous orders over $40, and another regarding the subpar quality of my meal. It's clear that Mucho Burrito does not value its customers, and I can no longer continue patronizing a business that shows such arrogance and disregard for customer feedback.

The front of the dining area was very clean. Service was quick. I noticed their burrito and soda combo so I decided to give it a try. You have a choice of chicken, pulled beef, or pulled pork. The soda I chose was the agave cream soda and MAN that was delicious. My friend got the salad and it was huge. Overall, you’re getting a full meal. It got the job done.

Keep in mind this place is very Tex Mex, it's not a true Mexican gourmet experience. None the less, I still enjoyed my meal.

Heads up, watch out for that hot sauce with the 5 rating. I can eat it all day, but you guys might die.

Giving 4 stars only because I tried the new Ghost Pepper burrito and didn't like it the Fig Marmalade definitely a bad choice of taste...
Evening else is pretty good

Seriously raw stale rice all around my burritos, it's like rocks in your mouth I swear, like they are putting garbage in my food, %80 uncooked rice, %15 beans, %5 chicken and other tiny toppings. The worst burritos in my life.
I do NOT want your rice if it's unedible.
Let's not forget about the missing toppings.
Such a horrible restaurant, aren't you ashamed of serving garbage to your guests?

To whomever made my husband and I our vegan bowl (June 22nd 1pm Market Crossing), you have won us over. Best service, atmosphere, and incredibly delicious vegan options! We will definitely be switching from Chipotle to Mucho Burrito from now on thanks to the plant-based crumbles and cheese options, and your stellar service. 10/10!

Our go-to place for a quick and tasty meal. Great place for vegetarian/vegans. Portions are filling. Always good service by staff.

A lot better before they got rid of hard shell tacos. Would have been atleast half star more if they still had hard shell tacos.

I’ve been to this mucho burrito 10 times this past month. Every time it’s after 7 when I get off work. They never have steak, I have asked every single time and they always say they ran out and don’t want to make it . No apologies, no I’ll make some more nope nothing. You’d think the owners or manager would notice this location doesn’t sell steak after dinner …. Anyways once again dry chicken for me. Ohh and tonight no guacamole…

15$ for a half empty dry chicken bowl.

Very fast and friendly service. Girl name harsh was polite and nice while helping us. Food taste so good. I love nachos from this store
