Came here for lunch in May recently.
The Vietnamese spring roll was ok for the ingredients and taste.
But the crepe was thicker, preferred those thin translucent type.
Also had the dumpling soup, which was nice, as there was offer then for 2nd item at 50% off.
A good food court restaurant in Burnaby's Brentwood mall.

Abomination of Vietnamese food!
Never had chicken soup that bad, you need to search for chickens in it. Basically water and salt.
Well when you see buy more than 17$ and get free ice tea flag hanging (which was a lie) you know what you get.
Give you no side , no sauce just bad!

Ok here goes another food court review. Don’t ask me why I’m eating Vietnamese in the mall when there are cheaper options just around the corner. I needed to good wifi that’s why! Food is just OK and what I ordered was super small compared to the vermicelli sizes. Tasted just OK as well. Again what do you expect with mall food.

Small portions, overpriced, and the food is not good.
Worst service ever.
It's a bit sad, but the food is bad. There's more rice than anything else, the chicken had a strange taste, almost looking undercooked, and for the price, it's not worth it. The only thing I can commend is the soup, as it tastes good, but the meat felt like it was of poor quality. I don't recommend it.
Meat was so tough and dry, cheap paper plates get so soggy before you finish eating and they charge extra if you ask for extra utensils or dishes. I would try other options.

The food is mid the service was awkward and the large is over priced get food somewhere else for a almost 4 star restaurant I am disappointed
