As someone who specifically orders from Nando's for their renowned sauce, it's incredibly disappointing to enjoy Nando's meals without the essential sauce that enhances the experience. Can't go wrong with Nando's chicken! My other half was craving chicken and Mac & cheese so we went to get exactly that. We ordered a whole chicken ($27.50) with half lemon & herb and the other half mango & lime flavouring to share. We also ordered a side of Peri Mac ($2.99 for a side + $1.50 for the Mac). The chicken tasted as we expected, flavourful and juicy. The breast pieces were more dry but that is also expected. The Mac & cheese was a taste of childhood for us, but we found the portion to be small for how much we paid. We can always use more Mac!! The servers were nice and gave us glass cups so we could get water to drink. It's an order and then seat yourself, but they'll bring the food to you and come to clean up your dishes. It was busy in there for lunch on a weekend, and it felt homey and lively!

Spicy chickens are salty although the rice is excellent. They are a bit small portion for the price. Good service and nice ambience.

Food finally got better, well the service. Flavors has always been good, but the new staff is doing a much better job with quality control. At least my last 3 times have been good.

We visited this restaurant to use the coupons that we got during the Mandela day but were not able to use the coupons as the server said it only applies through online order...The head office failed to mention the condition on how and when to use the coupons.So I ended up ordering something else and spent more than it should've been less.The chicken was flame grilled, but the peri fries we got were on the salty side. The cheese macaroni was cheesy and had crumbs on top,but nothing special about it.The server was okay,but she could've honored the coupons since we were there already.

Navv was the member at the front counter whom assisted us through our order. Navv was extremely pleasant throughout and made for a smooth, efficient, and very friendly and upbeat experience. She did mention she was somewhat new at this post, and we will say we couldn’t tell that would be the case as per her superior level of customer service.Also, Pooja delivered us the then take out order and was very friendly, courteous, and displayed excellent customer service overall … even updating us on the expected wait time to receive our order as we waited.Thank you Navv ?Thank you Pooja ?And thank you to the ENTIRE Nando’s team whom make things happen on July 18th 2023, at this location … from the front end to the back end staff. You all create a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful team on your hands. We trust management will reward such excellent service!We will be returning soon. Bless ?

The chicken skewers have become smaller and smaller. We have been going to this location from the start of business here. Couple of skewers were all burnt up. But the girl Simran was nice to get us an extra one. Thanks to her we didn't leave disappointed. But it's not value for money. Barcelos has better meat and size of skewers.
It was my first time at This Nandos location and it was terrific… staff were very helpful and welcoming . The Manager was very friendly and help us out with the menu…

Absolute disgusting. Ordered the full pack using Uber eats. Selected the option to cut the chicken in 4 piece. They cut the chicken into 8 pieces and guess what. It was missing 2 pieces. A whole chicken breast was missing. On top of that the chicken was stale and disgusting. It felt like they microwaved left over chicken and doused it in peri sauce to cover the abomination. That’s not all. The fries were horrible! Felt like old left over fries that were refried and burnt. So many bitter, hard and burnt fries. Horrendous. I called them 3 times and no one picked up. Sent Uber eats the pictures of the food and filed a complaint. Thank god they were able to refund the amount. What a shame. Can’t trust restaurants. Seemed like an easy way to get rid of old stale food and make a quick buck.

RAW CHICKEN!Yes- you read that correctly! RAW CHICKEN.I ordered a chicken meal with fries and my wife ordered a veggie burger with fries. Her burger did not have cheese as requested so we wasn't it back. The fries were also cold so we sent it back again. Then...RAW CHICKEN! We got up and left!Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I went home and made myself puke as I ate a few fries!

I called to place a big order and girl working there hung up on me, I wasn’t even done ordering or asking something about my order. For the price this chicken is, customer service should be up too. They need to train their staff in customer service. I guess this will be the last time I order here. I will tell my friends and family of terrible customer service.
