I watched a table of customers from the time I sat down to the time they finished eating, but the takeout I ordered was still not ready. I can leave it alone after paying for the takeout. I have to give priority to the customers in the dine-in, right?

A wonderful, hidden gem! I can’t wait to return. Service was friendly and food was delicious. I highly recommend the mushroom dumplings and egg tarts.

Unfortunately, I didn’t know that the lunch menu format was different. When I asked if there was a lunch menu, I was told “I’ll hear you later”, which was very unlucky. I asked for another snack. I already said what I wanted, but my sister couldn’t get it. I wrote it on the snack paper, and she said, “Well, you can tell me what to write on the paper.” I don't want to be angry and won't get angry again.

Had a friend visiting from afar and their family is in the meat business. So when he say the duck stinks here its really really bad. We didn't touch the whole plate. Won't be back EVER.
The service is really horrible too. Waitress attitude feel like we owe her 1 million bucks.
Just seeing all the other bad reviews shouldn't even come here in the first place.

I was shocked by their horrible service. I told them I wanted to order one of the BBQ sets, and before I could finish my sentence, the waitress blatantly cut me off and expressed her impatience and said "which one, how about you tell me which meats you want to pick for the BBQ set!" I felt like I was being treated as a child. I did not even finish what I was saying. My partner and I were shocked by her attitude. My partner and I are both Asian and visited many countries in Asia. We understand there is a difference in culture, and this was just an example of horrible service in general.

I have been to the Neptune location downtown for many years and eat there once a week back then, so I know firsthand that this location is extremely bad. I advise you to go somewhere else. The food was too salty and slimey. It's not worth it.

As soon as the good boy went to celebrate, the lobster was delicious and fresh! The stuffed eggplant was done brilliantly. It is worthy of praise that all the staff are friendly and approachable. The birthday song specially presented is touching. I want to say thank you! !

Food is mediocre but priced way higher than average noodle shop. Cater to younger people who lack appreciation of good old taste of Chinese noodle shop. Service is lacking and rude workers demand more tips claiming the customers "owed" them.

As a frequent customer of their Richmond location, my family and I were very disappointed when we came to this location. We were seated after a 10 minute wait, and proceeded to order two dishes. The first dish came after 40 minutes of waiting. We were almost finished eating before calling on a waitress to check if the second dish was still coming. After 5 minutes, the dish still didn’t come and we wanted to pay our bill and cancel the order. It finally came just as we were about to pay the bill, by then it had almost been about 50 minutes since we got seated. Now we couldn’t cancel the second dish, so we got it to go. Maybe they were understaffed in the kitchen or something, but I wouldn’t waste my time here again.
