Lady serving food was really disrespectful. Told me I need to pay 0.25 for a bag. I told her I only have card and I was fully willing to pay for it, but I told her the guy at the front never asked me if im eating here or to go. She ended up giving me a bag, as she gave it to me she held it infront of me and rudely said next time im paying for a bag and its not the front guys job to ask me for here or to go! Its 0.25 for bag, are you serious?? Im definitely not coming back

12:30pm Monday June 16th, had the best service and the most delicious poutine. Cannot stress enough how helpful and amazing the 2 ladies who helped me were. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Incredible vibe. Would come back in a heartbeat. Love fries

My poutine was drenched in gravy to the point it was inedible and I had to throw it out. I understand if someone is learning or something but it should be common sense to not make the poutine 100% gravy. It was genuinely so disgusting…. never had a new york fries experience like this before. I hate to leave a poor review but someone has to fix this as it was genuinely a waste of my money and absolutely gross.

This was the worst nacho hotdog I've ever ordered from NYF metrotown. Just compare the advertised image what they handled to me!
