New York Fries Metrotown

This was the worst nacho hotdog I've ever ordered from NYF metrotown. Just compare the advertised image what they handled to me!

Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They put a very less amount of sauce or cheese on the order so you should pay for it separately. Ruined my mood when I was working a 10 hours shift.

Loaded hot dog was not fresh and it was also made with minimal ingredients, super disappointed and got minor food poisoning…

All the staff do is chat and chat and chat, they don’t even ask if you want salsa or not, one employee put salsa all over my poutine without asking and was mad when she was redoing it? I get it they’re tired but that was their fault? all they do is talk and talk, if you hate your job that much just quit damn

The New York fries in seven oaks mall. Patrick always provides the best customer service. Is super friendly, is always organized and is super efficient at getting your order ready.

I was disappointed to receive only six pieces of cheese in a large poutine, which seemed insufficient for the portion size. Additionally, the cashier's behavior was unprofessional and rude, which negatively impacted my experience. It's unfortunate to see such poor customer service at a place that we once enjoyed frequenting.

Food courts, not a whole lot to describe.
But if you want fries NY is a top choice.
BUT if you want poutine, SAD is a start to how we felt after eating the pathetic attempt to what is called “the classic” dish.
Quality control is terrible, and after complaining that there was less than 5-6 cheese curds sprinkled on top (I get it, “today is VERY BUSY”), the response was “that’s what the boss is telling us to put on now” Anything but “classic”

Ordered veggie fries and wanted some extra veggies on top and they told me that I’ve to pay extra for that lol. I work at New York Fries from last 5 years and theres no charge for extra veggies, it’s free of cost. The employees are so rude and unhygienic. One of the worst managements.

I ordered poutine, but it only had two pieces of cheese. I couldn't go back because it was too busy. And I ordered veggie fries, they put too much onion in it even though I had asked for just a little bit. I told the girl who made it, but she said she already put it. The staff seemed to be more focused on chatting rather than getting the orders right.
