We've dined at No. 1 Beef Noodle for dinner several times, but this was our first time trying their breakfast, and it was quite a pleasant surprise! Normally, the dinner crowd and long queues deter us, especially with kids who aren’t keen on waiting. Opting for breakfast turned out to be a delightful decision.
The breakfast menu is impressive, offering a wide variety of choices and different combinations that cater to diverse tastes. We tried the pork chop with black pepper sauce, and it was excellent—perfectly cooked with a flavorful sauce that really hit the spot. The highlight of our visit was the special 11% discount offered in celebration of November 11, which was an unexpected bonus that made our meal even more enjoyable.
If you're a fan of their dinner menu, I highly recommend giving No. 1 Beef Noodle’s breakfast a try for a tasty and more relaxed experience. The ample choices and great food are sure to start your day off right!

The taste was excellent, and the food was truly delicious.
As for service, there wasn’t anything particularly notable beyond the essentials. The server brought us hot tea and cups when we sat down, took our order, and delivered our food—there wasn’t much else needed.
However, the manager stood out. He asked if we were enjoying our meal and greeted customers warmly, managing the busy crowd with care.
The prices seemed a bit high, even considering the quality of the beef. Almost all ingredients were pre-prepared; after ordering, the noodles were boiled, and the ready-made ingredients and broth were added.
Parking is very limited.

Great, reliable option for good beef noodle soup. Lots of options! It is close to BCIT, so hungry aspiring tech nerds and almost-but-not-quite nurses can come here for a quick meal. It does get busy later in the day from what I've seen, so be prepared for that. The food also tastes very good!

I love this place so bad, It's the second time I've visited it and I fell in love just like the first one. It's too busy at lunchtime, however our server was very friendly even if he was in a hurry, I think he works very well and it's very efficient. The menu is hugeeee, but I always go for beef noodle soup.

Stinky tofu: It was great for me. Smell isn't too strong and the tofu was crispy and soft and light on the inside.
Quantity of noodles in the beef noodle was generous. Taste wasn't over powering and the noodle was chewy.

Good food, especially the beef noodle soup, is really delicious. My complaint is the atmosphere, which is too loud, either because of the loud music or the customers trying to talk over it. The service is minimal (too busy with too few staff), and it feels very rushed. I literally had indigestion watching the waiters and waitresses running around and rushing things, lol. The noise and the hectic pace made me feel anxious.

Great food! A bit expensive but they give big portions. Very attentive service. The atmosphere is ok too. Great place to go at late night. I recommend the 3 ladies drink (25% sugar, no ice)

Delicious Taiwanese Beef Noodles! ?
Had dinner here for a friend's birthday and the food came fast and hot! So fast in fact, that another friend and myself started sipping on our broth before we could even pray over it! (oops, sorry Jesus) ?
Anyways, the beef noodle soup I ordered was excellent! I went with their house special with wontons and hand sliced noodles. The broth was hot and didn’t taste too artificial. Portions were good as well.
We also ordered several fried baskets like chicken baskets and squid baskets to share amongst ourselves. The portions were so large that we couldn’t finish it even though there were quite a bit of us there. They were hot and crispy and really complemented the soup. ?
Service was also great, they allowed us to combine the tables together so everyone can eat and enjoy staring at each other while we celebrated our friend’s special day. They even played the 'happy birthday' song which was great!
The interior and lighting was also nice. It was modern and brightly lit and seating was comfy.
The only con I would say is the parking. I would advise to park at the BCIT parking lot nearby and just walk here during busy hours because it's a nightmare finding parking here when every Asian person is parked on a lane with their hazard lights on.
Overall, this was a great establishment to have a birthday dinner with lots of people. Food and service was good! ?
