Its a take out so we are mainly talking about food which is good. I never had any issues. Happy customer! Yay!
However if only they could be more organized. I picked up my order once to only get called out to return it as it was the wrong order, it was a hassle! Another time they forgot to include the olive dip and had to be refunded. Hassle! You pay, you get your food and you want to eat in Peace!
I've seen the young lady at the front on her phone all the time. I know it's not your dream job but if it's paying your bills get more serious and pay attention. That's my rant. Overall I'm happy they are in my neighborhood and I can eat good now! Lol

This was the second time I ordered from youHowever the first time which was for 3 weeks ago was a pleasant experience and this time was a bad experience. The kebab was too dry and hard to chew. Koobideh was too thick. Rice was dry. And also usually all the persian restaurants serve sumac and few other things for takeout however our meals didn't have anything. So disappointing tonight.

I am so grateful for this restaurant to have made our wedding dinner so spectacular. Shakiba has done a lot to make it extra special. This is our top 1 restaurant in Lower Mainland. Such a great costumer service. Their Koubideh and Joujeh Kabab which we ordered tasted like the best restaurants in Iran.

It used to be a very good Persian food. Recently the quality of the meat specially koobideh is very bad. It's typical for a Persian restaurant to change the quality for better profit. Who cares about the customers.
