I am so grateful for this restaurant to have made our wedding dinner so spectacular. Shakiba has done a lot to make it extra special. This is our top 1 restaurant in Lower Mainland. Such a great costumer service. Their Koubideh and Joujeh Kabab which we ordered tasted like the best restaurants in Iran.

It used to be a very good Persian food. Recently the quality of the meat specially koobideh is very bad. It's typical for a Persian restaurant to change the quality for better profit. Who cares about the customers.

Amazing food. Hands down best in the city. The only thing I don’t like is the automatic tip and credit card fee. Cashier just handed me the machine with a preset tip and credit card fee expecting me to quickly tap and leave.

This place is located within Saray Turkish restaurant and is TAKE OUT ONLY! This set up is probably going to cause issues because it's pretty confusing. You can order takeout or dine-in for Saray but you can only order takeout for Noon. I saw some people walk in and be seated only to want the Persian cuisine and be turned away because no sit down for the Iranian food is offered. (Different owners, different rules and arrangements I suppose)If you can get past that and are ok with takeout the food was amazing. Portion size for the price was very well received. We ordered the Joojeh and lamb chops and both were cooked and tasted EXCELLENT. I forgot to take a picture of the lamb chops but I assure you they were done perfectly. There's a lamb above the chops on the menu which is actually rack of lamb that doesn't specifically state that in the description so if your in for a rack don't worry they have that too.

I ordered food through Ubereats and such a disappointment. The meet was uncooked and not eatable. The eggplant stew was so tasteless with big uncooked meet pieces.
