Whenever I have friends visit and they want gelato this is the place I take them too! The texture, sweetness, and flavours are always on point. My personal favourite is always the nocciola.

Giorgio from Nuvola Gelato & Dolci did an incredible job catering at my wedding. I received many compliments of his authentic Italian gelato at my wedding. The guests loved it! If you have an event, I highly recommended hiring Giorgio. I'm also a regular customer at his store, so check out his gelato because it is the best in the lower mainland!

My clients had the owner come with his gelato cart to their wedding today, and it was just fabulous! Not only was it high quality and delicious (which should be a given), but the owner was extremely friendly, kind and warm. I very much enjoyed working alongside him! 10 GOLD shiny stars!

Although my encounter with this parlour was about a month ago, the service we received was frankly distressing and disheartening. The first time we went to the store, the owner was extremely helpful and offered to help us make a birthday cake on short notice, which we greatly appreciated. With the prior good experience at heart, we decided to return and support their business once more, as we had genuinely liked the owner and found him personable.
Despite this, the second time around was so drastically different that it felt jarring. I want to preface and acknowledge that we did make a mistake depositing the dirty sample spoons into the clean batch, and profusely apologised for what we did. Yet the way the owner responded was honestly incredibly condescending and demeaning to my family as a whole. When he came out of the kitchen, he started raising his voice towards my father in a degrading manner, along the lines of “Use your eyes, can’t you see there are trash bins everywhere in the store for a reason?” He then aggressively hurled the whole container of sample spoons into the bin and stormed back into the kitchen.
Honestly, although the situation seemed rather simple, the attitude towards my family over an honest mistake felt really upsetting and had an impact on us, it felt like it was blown out of proportion and ruined our evening. Although some time has passed, I really wanted to share my experience here as I feel like it would be pretty informative for other families who may be subject to the owner's temperamental personality.

Absolutely delicious gelato and sorbetto!
Many people don't seem to know what gelato or sorbetto is compared to ice cream. They are completely different products with different melting points and temperatures.
Regardless, this is pretty authentic italian gelato/sorbetto.

We were looking for a special treat to share with our guests at our summer wedding and Nuvola Gelato was the perfect choice. Giorgio was great to work with and guests thought he was extremely personable. It was a huge hit and many of our guests keep talking about the blueberry sorbetto! Giorgio and Nuvola Gelato made our wedding day extra special and added a wonderful touch. We are so happy they were able to cater our wedding. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to add a memorable and delicious component to their wedding.

When this place first opened, the gelato was rich and creamy. Now, I’m sorry to say, it’s watery and tasteless. We took a few bites and basically threw it out, which was a waste of $14. Very unfortunate because there’s a gelato place just up the street, Fior di latte, with better gelato.

visited the shop after seeing all the high ratings, but unfortunately, the food I ordered did not reflect the hype. both the gelato and cake were disappointing.
Delicious coffee and house made authentic italian gelato and if you are lucky enough to find granita di caffe con panna e amarena cherries, it is amazing, just like in Puglia.

What kind of place tells you , you can only try one sample . How are you going to know wich flavors are good or wich one you would like. Seemed ridiculous. The flavor i got was salted pistachio and honestly wasn't anything specially.
