I wanted to order a beef dip and pay for my groceries and was shocked to find that the order line up for lunch and grocery are separate! The result was the cashier scrambling to grab a pen and paper from the sandwich bar. The process was not smooth.
I have no problem with the staff since they are kind. I am concerned with the ordering process confusing customers and staff. The signage that indicates where to order lunch should be hanging visibly, not hidden...

The staff here are so friendly, caring, patient, and kind! I accidentally left my wallet at home today, which means I couldn't pay by credit card, debit card, or cash. So I set up Apple Pay and it was my first time to use that method to pay. The ladies at the cashier were so nice in walking through the payment process with me. It was not superficial, they genuinely were helpful. I noticed that when the new staff did not know which buttons to press at the cashier, her colleagues...

Today I brought 3 blueberry muffins and 2 apple strudels. I asked the young lady to please tape the box with the muffins. Needless to say, she didn’t. She forces the box to close by the time I get to my car. I have to fumble to keep the box closed. I got in the car, and it was a struggle to keep it close. I had to come home, put it in something else...
