I come to this place every week for milk and blueberry muffins. The cashiers act as though they are doing you a favor.
Today I brought 3 blueberry muffins and 2 apple strudels. I asked the young lady to please tape the box with the muffins. Needless to say, she didn’t. She forces the box to close by the time I get to my car. I have to fumble to keep the box closed. I got in the car, and it was a struggle to keep it close. I had to come home, put it in something else...

I wanted to order a beef dip and pay for my groceries and was shocked to find that the order line up for lunch and grocery are separate! The result was the cashier scrambling to grab a pen and paper from the sandwich bar. The process was not smooth.
I have no problem with the staff since they are kind. I am concerned with the ordering process confusing customers and staff. The signage that indicates where to order lunch should be hanging visibly, not hidden...
