Food was very good. Lots of brisket in my wonton brisket soup. They had a robot deliver the utensils and tea. This restaurant has been around for years and it has a tired feeling to it. Room enough for banquets but only one couple and myself there for lunch. Several take out orders though.

Food is better than expected. Both ingredients and taste are above average. Service is good with a cute robot server that brings the utensils, menu and food! Only down side of this restaurant is the old decor.

Visited with family from Hong Kong recently. Food was good. The servers (owners?) were super sweet. Good parking.

The food itself is good and reasonably priced, good portions. Service can be slow at times, as it's usually an older couple working but they are nice. Restaurant itself is on the older side and needing renovation. Bathroom is dirty.

The food was very tasty and portions were large. They have a lot of western inspired Chinese food dishes and lots of traditional Cantonese dishes. The servers were quick and attentive. They definitely work hard and are so deserving of gratuities. My only complaint are the toilets. It's just one person at a time.

Had the wonton beef brisket noodle soup and pan fried rice noodle with beef. The former was not served hot, only warm, and it ruined the dish. The rice noodle soup was served hot and was excellent, most notably the beef strips seemed to be cooked to perfection with its soft texture.

Updating my review because against my better judgement, I decided to try this place again. Experience was worse than my original visit and I can say for sure I will not be visiting again. I would advise people to avoid this restaurant.
- The food was very greasy and did not taste good, several members of our group had stomach issues and headaches in the evening and the following day.
- We found a fly in our wonton soup.
- The fortune cookies were stale.
- One stall in the bathroom had a plastic bag as a curtain, it did not smell clean and to top it off, the soap they are using smells horrible.
Original review left below:
The food was okay, but unfortunately that is the only good thing about this restaurant.
When we arrived, we were the only people in the restaurant. The staff was not wearing masks and only put masks on once other people started coming into the restaurant, part way through our meal.
When I went to the washroom to wash my hands, there was no soap in the dispenser and the bathroom was not very clean. I told the staff that the soap was empty and the washroom was in need of attention, they tried to tell me there was soap there and that the bathroom was fine.
The lunch was surprisingly tasty considering the past couple of times we were there the food was bland, lacking taste and dishes were warm. (This was 6-8 month ago), we stopped going there because of those reasons but figured we'll give this time one more try. The owners were nice but unfortunately dishes were quite slow in coming out. ?

Delivery guys was super rude. Asking for more tip on top of tip already received. Get a life buddy. Wife called back to talk to owner but the guy who delivered answered and try to acted like the owner then starts to get rude with me wife. I feel bad for this sad little man

Nothing good to say. Was better before the horrible customer service. When the restaurant is clearly empty and couldn’t seat a group of us (there were 14 of us), they told us there would be a wait. About 20-25 minutes?!? There are far better Chinese food places in the Lower Mainland/Vancouver than this one.

Went here midweek lunch for a family birthday and had a lovely meal. Spacious restaurant, good service, delish food! Will return again.
Cute touch to have a cat robot helping the wait staff deliver food to the tables.
? cat robot singing #happy birthday is the best vibe in a restaurant that I ever experienced ?
Fam went to On On’s for my mom’s birthday and we enjoyed: chicken teriyaki with ?, seafood fried rice (love the tender squid), shrimp with broccoli, bitter melon with tender beef, pork suimai Dimsum, house special chow mein noodles (my fave), half oder potstickers with red vinegar.
Also included vids of the cat robot delivering food (they go to a preset location, waiter picks plate from tray and places it on the table).
It was nice to see older servers (seems like everyone working there was more senior, save the cook, who we were told was a young guy) ?
The washrooms were clean (though dated) like much of the decor of the restaurant
Parking: Park directly in front (beside gas station)

This quiet restaurant has a robot to deliver your food, the food was great, and did not take long, but we were there after the rush,
