Best rose tteoboki I ever had--soft and chewy, spicy and savory! Also had their prinkle and secret chicken, which were delicious and great value. Had some leftovers and it was still so good the next day

The food at Oolala was good and the service was okay, but the tipping situation left a bad impression. Throughout the meal, the server repeatedly asked how the food was, which felt a bit excessive. At the end, when I chose not to leave a tip, the server directly asked if they had done something wrong. I explained that nothing was wrong, but nothing was done to go above and beyond either. Tips should be earned, not pressured out of customers.

The rice portion was pretty small and the chicken dishes were delicious. Minimal service (ordered and delivered) but asks for 15% tips as the minimum on the machine is sarcastic. We still paid for 15%

We didn’t eat much since we were there for the beer and soju ? 소맥! 치맥! The secret sauce chicken came with a bowl of rice. It was yummy!

Atmosphere and service was great, order when you're ready from a tablet right at the table. The smoked chicken was great, awesome smoke flavour that's hard to get elsewhere. The fried chicken was good, but not what I think of when I want Korean Fried Chicken. Definitely would go back.

Love their Mara bbq! Soy sauce bbq was not for me.

Walked in and ordered food around 9:20pm. Waited for over 20mins and just water and drinks on the table. Not even the $5 appetizer. Food was mediocre. We got a small table for 2 but got crowded with only 2 dishes; hence we asked for a bigger table but got denied. (There were 3 empty tables at the time, and they said these tables were for reservations only.) The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time and those tables were still empty when we left. I need to hold the plate all the time and don’t have space to put food on the table. I don’t understand why they can’t consider the circumstances and make the customer feel better?

Came here after a concert, was very nice that they were open late. Surprisingly busy for midnight but order came out fast. I'm not familiar with area wasn't sure if we had to seat ourselves so we asked at the counter and staff told us where to sit. Use tablet at table to order and call staff very nice when you just want to sit quietly and not be bothered. Wasn't familiar with portions and ordered too much for 2 people. Sooo good and food is hot and spicy.

This place is pretty good , I'm giving it a 4.5 /5. It's much better than the BBQ chickens and nadri chicken nearby , so come here instead of going there.
-the secret sauce fries chciken was pretty good , insides were juicy and tender , there was enough sauce but the flavor was a little off for me
- the prinkle chicken was juicy, but it felt a bit dry and there was not enough powder on it , I legit was dipping it into the other sauces so it could have more flavor
-the soy charcoal bqq chciken was sooo tender and juicy, and it had enough flavoring and everything, it kinda was just teriyaki chciken
-the price is really good , for 15 dollars pp we could not finish all the food
-service was so amazing , staff came by so often to swap water and ask if everything was okay ,probably the best service you can get at Lougheed. Though music was a little loud you really gotta shout a bit to talk in there.
All in all, I would come again!
