Worst customer service . The girl at the front table taking orders seems not interesting in taking order. Kindly tell her she's at work not at home where she can speak as per her choice????????highly disappointed. First and last experience at opa will never visit again.

**Title: Disrespectful and Unprofessional Service**

I have been a regular customer of OPA, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a falafel wrap and requested light sauce. Unfortunately, the worker ignored my request and added more sauce. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he became aggressive and started yelling at me. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

While other staff members apologized and mentioned that his name is Afshar, the overall experience was unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and their requests honored. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to prevent such incidents in the future.

Ordered Mega platter, hoping a have a quality food for 22 dollars.

Food is disappointing.
Platter has meat, salad, rice, a potato.
Rice and potato were salty.
Meet and salad were kinda okay.

In general feeling that doesn't worth.
Chose this place cuz had a good experience witg Greek cousin at summer festivals in Vancouver.

Any refund possible?

Ordered the Calamari and Salad Combo during my first time trying out the restaurant. There is not really any squid meat in the calamari, just the fried parts to the point it basically feels like I am eating chips.

Ordered pita wrap beef and the beef was tougher than a hockey puck. Wrap feel apart and I think they thought I was a vegetarian as there was very little meat. Had to throw meat away as I was afraid of damaging my teeth.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. Ordered a second time and it wasn't as good as the first...fries are decent but the lamb in their pita wasn't good at all...fatty and just didn't taste great. Very mid experience. Friendly lady at till

Zero sense of customer service , I asked a lady working(Jannett) over there to change her gloves after touching chicken because I am vegetarian she refused arrogantly . She was returning my money back but don't want to change gloves . Very bad example of a human being as well. She said this is the rule we don’t change our gloves for anything. When I asked her name, she said my name is jannett ; by the way I am manager; She has not any abilities who should have in a Manager. If she is manager she should know how to handle customer problems instead of arguing with customers. Even she was not in full uniform, I was shocked on that time how They are handling their business…It was worst experience. She should quit her job if she don't like to work in food court…..

Vegetarian options: Please let your employees know plzz change the gloves for vegetarian customers

As far as Opa's go, this one was disappointing. Undercooked lamb, and there were carrots?? in the Greek salad.
