I was here buying juice, as a Pilipino, Shane gave me a look when I said if I could buy something, she was just cleaning but didn’t like it being disturbed.
25.03.03 Staff were friendly and made my food quick. Had a cheese dog with everything for lunch and it was excellent.
Charged me for a medium and then gave me a small. Told me afterwards they dont have the mediums anymore. Refused to give me the difference back or offer anything in return. Will not come back.
The dates is Thursday Sept 5th 2024 and the time is 6:17PM. I got a watermelon lemonade sparkler and when I got it I noticed that they used WAY too much syrup causing it to be overly sweet. When I went back and kindly asked them to add some water for me, they did it reluctantly and the 3 ladies there spoke in their language (Tagalog I think) and were laughing right in my face. Totally unnecessary and so rude.

Terrible customer service. In fact I would say no customer service at all.
Went to grab a quick bite to eat at Metrotown just after 8pm last night. I wanted a strawberry julius and the girl behind the counter told me “One minute” as she was wiping down a machine. We waited and waited and finally gave up and went somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service to make us wait because she must have been more concerned about cleaning up so she could leave asap at 9pm. Luckily the food court has many other drink options to choose from.

I had a very bad experience. I never put a bad review for anyone but Harman was beyond her rudeness. We all have bad days but she was failed her customer service. Being myself in the same field, she should be given strict instructions that in any situation she should not loose herself. At least shouting on someone is pretty bad.I would be fine if you need details. honestly I’ve never put a bad survey for anyone but harman’s behaviour was very unexpected and unacceptable.

Google says opened till 9pm. Got here at 7:30 and its closed. Today is the day I have custody of my son, and he wanted DQ. Made me look like a liar infront of my ex-wife.Disheartening.

Very bad customer service. They work with very bad attitude. Never recommend this place to anyone.I wanted to get the juice with less ice or no ice. The girl at the counter said that they can’t make it without ice or with less ice.I thought May be its because it’s pre packed with ice.But it was not. They added ice manually by the person who made it in the store.It was just a cup closed with a normal lid and half of the cup was ice cubes.Then again I asked to remove the ice and specifically said that I don’t need to fill the rest with juice and It’s ok to give me a half full cup without ice. (If that’s their issue)But as they were not down to earth with very bad attitude, they didn’t do it. (Which they could do it easily while preparing)The cashier girl was flirting around with the guys who came to the store without giving any attention to the customer requests.What a bad customer service. If I can give minus stars, I’ll be giving -5

I came here thirsty, wanting a mango medium mango pineapple smoothie, yet to my surprise when asking how much it’d cost the employee, who attended to me said that it would be 8.50, so I compromised and asked for how much a small smoothie would be and it was apparently 7.65, thirsty, I bought it, later to find on the official Dairy Queen Website that I had paid 7.65 for a 3.99 drink.
