Amazing!! We used them for our wedding after going to a work party that they catered, truly couldn't recommend enough. Great if you have gluten free or vegetarian guests, there was more than enough food for everyone and we got so many compliments on how great everything tasted. My fave was the strawberry gazpacho.

It’s very entertaining to watch them make the paella in front of you which gives it a theatric aspect. The presentation of the paella is beautiful, like a giant pan of art. The shrimp and chicken paella tasted pretty good with some parts having a pleasant rice crust and you get nice flavour from spices as well. They pair each plate of paella with some mayo, a lemon wedge, and a slice of baguette which enhanced the flavour of the paella. The vegetarian paella had lots of vegetables but looked better than it tasted. It was very bland, the texture and flavour was comparable to Uncle Ben’s ready made packaged rice, and was less of a hit. Still, they are a good option for events and do give a unique wow factor.

We just did one of the Paella Classes (normally offered in November and March) and it was amazing experience. We had actually done one of the classes a few years ago. Both times it was an amazing experience. Javier (the chef) does a great job of getting everyone passionate about Paella. Additionally, when the class goes hands on, him and the team makes sure that everyones gets time to try to make the Paella!
We went with Paella Guys for our wedding and they were FANTASTIC! Our tapas were strawberry gazpacho, mussels vinaigrette, and manchego con sobrasada Iberica. They were delicious and displayed so beautifully. For paella, we went with the mariscos (a must if you like seafood), Valenciana, and vegetariana. I'm still dreaming of these paella dishes. The live paella experience was such a sight and our guests really enjoyed it! Overall, we would definitely recommend Paella Guys for your event. Thank you, PG!
