We hired Paella Guys to cater our wedding of 210 guests and could not have been more impressed. From setup to takedown, everything felt completely seamless and perfectly executed. The food was truly outstanding - some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had. The paella was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the tapas were absolutely delicious and kept guests happily snacking during cocktail hour. People are still talking about how good the food was, and the leftovers the next day were just as amazing.
Beyond the food, the staff was exceptional: warm, personable, professional, and incredibly efficient. My family and friends said they got a chance to speak with the chef and other staff and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and passionate, which made the experience feel even more special. We felt completely taken care of and can’t wait to hire them again for future events!!

Have had paella from paella guys a few times, it tastes good every time but does not consistently have a crispy bottom. Only had a crispy bottom 1/3 times. There are also bits of shell in the rice of the lobster paella, but the main reason I gave 3 stars is because of the lack of crispy bottom 2/3 times.

Paella Guys have become our annual company summer event go-to! For our crew of 40 employees, we have had Paella Guys on separate occasions, and these guys keep making it better and better! The paella mixta is delish, and so is the paella vegetariana. The all-i-oli is delicious and even some lucky ones get to take some leftovers home. And when you get Chef Javier Blanc to come, then the experience is top notch! I cannot recommend enough Paella Guys for any event, whether it is corporate occasion, a birthday celebration in your back yard, a retirement party, or a Spanish style get together; these guys are The Best!

Paella was excellent as were olives, melon tapas. Charcuterie was moderate but a couple of the tapas would have been nicer if they were warmed up. Overall contributed big time to a great party.
Amazing!! We used them for our wedding after going to a work party that they catered, truly couldn't recommend enough. Great if you have gluten free or vegetarian guests, there was more than enough food for everyone and we got so many compliments on how great everything tasted. My fave was the strawberry gazpacho.
