Amazing!! We used them for our wedding after going to a work party that they catered, truly couldn't recommend enough. Great if you have gluten free or vegetarian guests, there was more than enough food for everyone and we got so many compliments on how great everything tasted. My fave was the strawberry gazpacho.
Great experience with the Paella Guys. From the initial inquiry, help with menu ordering, to the day of the party, everything was seamless. Chef Elea and Lizeth were so great making sure everything ran smoothly. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for catering and a unique food experience.
It’s very entertaining to watch them make the paella in front of you which gives it a theatric aspect. The presentation of the paella is beautiful, like a giant pan of art. The shrimp and chicken paella tasted pretty good with some parts having a pleasant rice crust and you get nice flavour from spices as well. They pair each plate of paella with some mayo, a lemon wedge, and a slice of baguette which enhanced the flavour of the paella. The vegetarian paella had lots of vegetables...
