What a great experience! Hosted a wonderful Spanish themed dinner with Sangria, tapas, salad and two kinds of paella. Great service, delicious, super flavourful food and something different from traditional catering. I highly recommend!
We hired Paella Guys to cater our wedding of 210 guests and could not have been more impressed. From setup to takedown, everything felt completely seamless and perfectly executed. The food was truly outstanding - some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had. The paella was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the tapas were absolutely delicious and kept guests happily snacking during cocktail hour. People are still talking about how good the food was, and the leftovers...
Have had paella from paella guys a few times, it tastes good every time but does not consistently have a crispy bottom. Only had a crispy bottom 1/3 times. There are also bits of shell in the rice of the lobster paella, but the main reason I gave 3 stars is because of the lack of crispy bottom 2/3 times.
