If I could rate this location 0, I would. My experience was extremely traumatizing as I found a live cockroach right beside my pizza on the opposite corner of the pepper provided with every pizza. I am unsure of whether it was Papa John’s that did not see the cockroach or possibly be the Uber driver with the 80% satisfaction rate that has an unsanitary vehicle. Regardless, this rating comes from a consumer perspective as I am solely doing what I feel is necessary when voicing out this situation. It was absolutely disgusting and will put a really bad taste in my mouth for the coming few days. It’s the fact that the insect was thriving right beside the pizza that really caused me to almost puke. I would not wish this experience upon my worst enemy. Thank the lord I only ate a slice and a half.

There has been a recent change in ownership at this establishment since my last visit a year ago. Mandeep, who introduced herself as the new owner, exudes kindness and sincerity. She provided attentive assistance in helping me choose a pizza and ensured its meticulous preparation. The venue maintains a clean and tidy atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience.
