Last night, I had a beef sandwich. They didn’t distribute the donair evenly inside; one side was full of donair while the other was just salad. The bread on the salad side was too soggy and turned into mush. And so cold. I could only eat half of it because I was really hungry.

I felt like the price was a little high compared to other places I've been to woth similar food. However, I did enjoy it. It definitely was food that I ate, and although I did break my leg later that night at a party, I healed quickly, so really I mostly just remember the food that day. This is a coping mechanism for my physical trauma, by the way.

Platter is on the pricier side but the portion is huge. Everything on it is tasty and fresh.

The donair box doesn't match with the description from the inital order. The restaurant refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes.

To start with, the girl over the counter Gurjot, has zero customer handling skills, how about saying " I apologize for what you faced" than saying "You are Wrong, you do not know how to order " No listening but arguing and putting her baseless point forward. I had ordered delivery of 3 Donair Box with Falafel and Fries, such huge disappointment to see it came with just falafel and fries "NO pickled cabbage no Tomatoes" when the menu on UE shows it does. It was completely dry to consume even with the dressing. This place has been so high on ratings and food quality, however today worst on Customer handling skills and poorest on food quality and sad looking food. Above all I feel the girl over the counter has no regard to the feedback provided and was ready to pounce me instead, zero fact checking skills in her. Parsley Donair please look into the matter for your own business sake!

We ordered the Donair Box with fries, but the dishes we received were completely different. They contained donair beefon top, fries at the bottom, and sauce over it. However, the order details on the website clearly state: Beef with fries, red onions, red cabbage, mixed greens, tomato, and tabouli salad.

We called the restaurant to complain about the incorrect order, but the girl that introduced herself the manager refused to take responsibility and was rude and dismissive, claiming we were wrong and that the mistake was ours.

If the information on their website or order system is incorrect, it is their responsibility to ensure it is accurate and consistent, and they should be polite and respectful with customers which I couldn’t see in that restaurant.

I recently ordered meals for a family gathering of 16 guests from Parsley Berlin Style Döner, and I cannot express how incredible the experience was. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The staff was outstanding, assisting me through every step, from taking my order to ensuring everything was completed flawlessly.

The food itself was absolutely phenomenal! Every single guest raved all night about how delicious, fresh, and surprisingly light the meals were. The portions were generous, more than enough to satisfy everyone at our gathering, and the quality was beyond impressive.

Parsley truly made our evening special with their exceptional service and amazing food. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and flavorful dining experience, whether for a large gathering or a small meal. I’ll definitely be back for more. What an amazing experience!

Super authentic delicious Turkish food. Cig köfte was incredible.

The Berlin doner sandwich is really good. You can’t find this type of sandwich much elsewhere. Give it a try!

Unfortunately, we haven't found a doner spot in BC that truly brings back the memories of Istanbul's iconic doner, but Parsly Doner is the best I've come across here. The meat had a pleasant flavor, though it could have been a little juicier. The bread was perfect—soft and fresh.
