Slow service & inaccurate pick-up time. Food is decent.

Awww they changed the name into Bliss Cafe... Still with great Taiwanese dishes. Cash and debit card only: Today I got my fav deep fried squid tentacles it'was good I just dont like the sauce, sweet salty kinda taste better if its hotsauce or pink vinegar. For my main entree I had the apple curry beef brisket with rice- generous serving and still consistent with the taste, very tender beef brisket and the sauce is so so awesome. No soda in here they have their milk shakes etc so I settled for just water. Medium size restaurant, clean and minimal interior decors. Taiwanese cuisines are always delish... Service is average but not bad. Good for group and kids as well:

A little confusing because you have to enter the door to Terracotta Boyz Xi'an Cuisine to pick up for Bliss Cafe. Taiwanese meat sauce on noodles was good. Plenty of meat and the noodles were the thick and wide kind. A little bit lacking on depth of flavor. The Taiwanese chicken nugget was also good in flavor but the packaging needs to have holes for ventilation because half of it was soggy already although we picked up on time. For $11.xx it was quite pricey for the amount of nuggets but Uber had a bogo.

The food is not bad and I would suggest order with less salt and less oil.Vegetarian options: many vegetarian options but some taste better.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in the Lower mainland. We ordered BOGO Pork and Shrimp Wontons with Chili sauce in Ubereats. When the food arrived, the wontons were made of Pork and Chives. NO Shrimp on the wontons. Unbelievable how they rip off the customers. Also the food is not even good. Bubble tea is bad.

Do not recommendedNever take bank cards, just cash and emt, feels like we are helping them evade taxesthey rebrand the place with a different name but same staff. They have raised the price and the portions have become smaller.Don't know if their chefs are trained, but the taste is different every time. what remains the same is that I feel very thirsty every time I finish eating from there. maybe there are too much consumption of MSG.

The dishes here are a hit or miss and the quality is not consistent between visits. This time around we ordered the Scallion Beef Slices and the House Special Beef Noodle Soup. Both were okay, not great. One particularly bad part was that the beef in the soup was quite tough.

I didn't expect this place to be as bad as Pearl Castle Cafe in Richmond Center. The paper cups used for water were dusty. The fried chicken cutlet was soggy, and the side dishes were all cold. The winter melon tea had such a faint taste that it was barely noticeable. I'm surprised how a restaurant like this can continue to stay in business.

I don't think I ordered what their strengths are. Hotpots and kimchi fried ???? noodle. I think the servers need to be more organized. They brought me the wrong thing 2 times. A deep fried item we didn't other then my kimchi fried noodles were a soup noodle. I think the noodles they brought ended up strained then brought back as the noodles were not tasting fried but soggy. The ginseng hotpot was so so, chicken was not marinated - bland. although they did have a decent amount of ingredients it was a package mix. Seafood hotpot with coconut soup was ok. A few fillers of strange ink fish ball and fish cake were subpar. Didn't taste like anything. Sorry I'm sounding critical, feedback to chef is take this out and replace with good quality fish balls then your clients will be happy. Just IMO not for me.Perhaps bubble tea people and deep fried food for other peeps are good.

I wanted to try something new and stumbled here. The fish was just a normal cod with some crispy garlic and dried bean mix on top. The taste is not bad, but it is on the expensive side.P.S. Had the Sliced fish with dried bean

Service is terrible and most dishes are super salty and oily. Definitely not worth wouldn’t recommend. Find other taiwanese restaurants in the area

I wouldn't recommend this place, because the food and the drinks are so so compare to their Richmond location. The service is very bad as well. I was quite disappointed.

Order a portion of rice with deep fried pork chop. The taste is just so so, and not worth $20 price tag

Unfriendly service. Mediocre food. Cash only. No alcohol licence. Save your money, go to McDonald’s. At least they say welcome to McDonald’s and greet you nicely. Surprised this restaurant is in business. Def. Will not be returning
